I expected better

I loved the breakfast bar.

I didn't like we had 2 roaches in our room on the wall. We had ants. I like to take a bath and soak I couldn't do that the water kept going down than you had rust stains in the he tub. I expected better.

Bien pour un stop pour la floride

La propreté dans la chambre etait bien, hotel vieillissante mais chambre rénové et propre, déjeuner inclus(gauffre , cereale , bagel , rotie, barre de céréale ,jus ,cafe) chambre a petit prix parfait pour notre pause dodo en revenant de floride

Eau était jaune la première minute possiblement que la chambre n'était pas loué depuis un certain moment

The elevator was old and dingy. The halls were dirty and old. As soon as we opened the door to our room it had a strong nasty smell. The floor lamp was broken and wobbly, the shade was cracked. I didn’t feel safe at all with the clientele that was outside the hotel. Too many questionable people hanging around and parked in cars outside the entryway. If it wasn’t a No Cancellation or refund, I would’ve cancelled and left, I would’ve felt safer sleeping in my car at a rest stop.

We checked in stayed 15 mins and went to another hotel and charged full price for a stinky room.

Front desk was really nice!!

The pool was green!! And the rooms smell like smoke but it was a non-smoking hotel.

I booked this stay and was overbooked, so my reservation was cancelled. I was informed after I arrived. My daughter and I spent from 1am until 3 am looking for another room.

My disappointment with the facility was almost evened out by the pleasant staff and pet friendly policy.

Proximity to highway

The building and furnishings seemed past their expiration date/in need of updating-for example a/c unit was rusty, loud, and ran warm; outdated bathroom fixtures; ceiling/wall evidence of flooding, missing fixtures.

Disappointing

Drawer could not close. TV had break on screen. Some lamps and clock not plugged in. Carpet somewhat worn and a little shabby. Paint peeling inside on door wall. Overall clean but shabby.

The location was easy to find it.

The maintenance is really bad. Furniture is really old and unusable conditions. The AC/Heater didn't work. The breakfast was really bad. General conditions 1/104

I stayed there on 4 previous times before COVID and it was a good value for your money.

Probably the worst breakfast I have seen. There were 4 bananas, frootloops, Cheerios. And a few dried wrapped muffins. Even the coffee was bad.

Over priced and loud.

Breakfast was ok dry or overcooked.

To loud with music in the lobby and parking lot. The smell Of cannabis was very obvious in the parking lot, elevator and on my floor. I wanted to ask for a refund but the front desk wasn’t very approachable.

Located near restaurants and highway

TV didn’t work, water came out of tub BROWN, snake detector detached from wall, hair dryer fell off wall, no trash can in room, holes in top of the furniture, unrepaired wall defects

Disgusting on every level, there is northing good to say about this old worn out shabby weed smelling property, had I know how bad it was I would have just checked into prison it would have been cleaner and safer.
