Great location, great property. Would definitely recommend for an Intra-muros stay in St Malo.

Our 2 families had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was very central and walkable to the beach, all sites and restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have linens and towels included and the kids loved the bunk beds.

We spent a few nights here while we visited St. Malo and the surrounding area. The apartment was clean and easy to find with all the amenities we could ask for. I would definitely stay here again!

The Flat is perfectly situated in St. Malo Intra Muros. It was clean, big and comfortable. Easy to find. Onlinebanking the Toilette is small. Perfect Star for the whole Family.

The overall experience was a feeling of home. :-)
The appartment has everything, from unloved cups (standing in the back) to pretty glases (standing in the front), usefull kitchen equipment and unloved pans (again in the back).
One can tell the owner repairs the appartment room by room, giving each room a certain unique character. One thing I really liked was the local art hanging in each room.
The appartment is located right in the center of StMalo, but 2 corners away from the busy streets. When leaving for the groceries (4 minutes walk) you suddendly feel french :-)
3 things that could be better:
- international TV-stations on the TV-Box
- one lamp of the living room lamp was broke
- cleaning equipment in the bathroom took up a little to much of space
Of course, this is a downtown area and you should forget about parking the car right outside on the street. We used the parking outside the city walls, sometimes the area near the train station.

The apartment was lovely. Very well equipped and amazing location. It is several storeys up so best to keep luggage to a limit as no lift and would not suit anyone with restricted mobility. Also quite difficult to find with the car due to the one way system, the satnav doesn't quite get it, best to have a paper map or view on google maps. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. At first glance the toilet is in a cramped space but it has a really good fan and was a good working toilet which is the important thing. Living area was spacious. We were a group of 5 and had lots of space. Would definitely recommend.

Right in the centre of charming old St Malo, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops, steps away from the beach, but somehow still quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to stay!

Nur zu empfehlen.
Eine sehr schön und umfassend ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, aber mit kurzen Wegen zu Lebensmittelgeschäften aller Art. Die vom Vermieter gelieferten Informationen ließen keine Fragen offen; sogar mit Kochrezepte wurden wir versorgt. Immer wieder gerne.

C'est parfait (ou presque)
Un appartement très complet, rien ne manque, tout est en parfait état et de bon goût. De fait, on s'y sent bien, comme à la maison.
Nous étions 3 générations de 2 ans à 75 ans, 7 personnes et on ne se marchait pas dessus ! Tout pour le petit, super pratique.
3 étages mais rien de méchant pour qui s’apprête à découvrir Saint Malo et ses remparts.
Guénhaël Le Mouroux est disponible et avenant. La relation est simple et dans la confiance.
L'immeuble est facile d'accès en voiture, on a pu se garer devant sans problème pour déposer et reprendre nos affaires. Il est a quelques mètres des rues les plus fréquentées de Saint Malo et pour autant, c'est le grand calme de jour comme de nuit.
Seuls bémols de cette localisation, Saint Malo est une ville très bien entretenue donc passage de la balayeuse tôt le matin (2 mn) et les corsaires bien alcoolisés peuvent avoir quelques explications verbales sonores en toute fin de nuit au dépend de la grande quiétude du lieu ! En effet, le calme en ce WE touristique de mai demeure la norme.

Bel appartement lumineux, décoré avec goût et vraiment très fonctionnel. Son emplacement idéal à l'intérieur des remparts permet de profiter de la ville et de la plage à pied et de retrouver un calme parfait le soir. C'était parfait !

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé en plein cœur du Saint Malo Intra-Muros.
Tout se fait avec plaisir à pied depuis ce petit port d'attache: visites, restauration, commerces.
Les propriétaires sont de plus très réactifs en cas de contact, bravo.
Bref, nous conseillons cette bonne adresse.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, propre, très bien situé. Les clés m’ont été envoyées par la Poste la semaine d’avant. Le gérant était toujours disponible à la moindre question sur la messagerie du site. Bref, rien à dire !

Appartement lumineux, bien placé, parfaitement équipé. Propriétaire réactif et indications très précises et complètes. Un peu de bruit des voisins d'au-dessus (immeuble ancien donc on entend un peu) mais rien de grave.
