Ich habe dort nicht übernachtet, kein Geld zurück, und bin nachts zwei Stunden nach Hause gefahren

Leider habe ich den vielen negativen Bewertungen keinen Glauben schenken wollen, da es mir als unmöglich erschien, dass solche Zustände überhaupt geduldet werden. Kurz gesagt: Ich habe die Übernachtung in der Pension Adler nicht in Anspruch genommen, da mir schnell klar wurde, dass die negativen Bewertungen zutreffen. Dem Betreiber der Pension Adler ist es durchaus bewusst, dass die Zustände untragbar sind, weshalb er eine Stornierung nicht akzeptiert. Es ist leicht verdientes Geld, eine Unterkunft anzubieten, die dann doch nicht genutzt wird und er für eine nicht erbrachte Leistung dennoch die €65,- behält. Weshalb booking,com eine solche Unterkunft überhaupt anbietet, ist mir ein Rätsel. Die angeblichen Hotelparkplätze sind öffentliche Parkplätze mit max. 2h Parkdauer tagsüber. Die Pension macht von außen einen schlechten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Ich habe den Betreiber der Pension Adler angerufen, der zwei Minuten später auch erschien. Ich sprach ihn als erstes auf die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze an, denn in der lange Strasse und den Nebenstrassen war kein Parkplatz frei! Er gab booking.com die Schuld, und dass er schon mehrfach booking.com darüber informiert hätte, dass es keine Hotelparkplätze gibt. Als nächstes teilte ich ihm mit, dass das Erscheinungsbild der Pension Adler nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. Er bot mir an, dass ich mir die Pension und das Zimmer ansehen könnte. Aufgrund des in mir aufkommenden Ekels und den Beschreibungen vieler Gäste habe ich sofort abgelehnt. Ich bat ihn höflich meine Stornierung zu akzeptieren und mir zumindest die Hälfte zu erstatten – das lehnte er aber sofort ab! Fazit: 1. Booking.com : Inspiziert die Pension Adler oder nehmt sie aus dem Angebot heraus. 2. Bucht kein Zimmer in der Pension Adler! Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, da in ganz Lübeck wirklich alles ausgebucht gewesen war – die Buchung eines Zimmers war im Nachhinein ein Reinfall!!

Billigt. Ok til en enkelt overnatning, hvis man bare skal bruge en seng.

Meget centralt i byen. Gratis parkering. Ok seng. Kunne have hund med.

Der var en meget kraftig stank af cigaretrøg i hele huset. Værelset var ret tomt. En seng. Et lille bord og to stole. TV. Intet på vægge eller noget. Rengøringen var mangelfuld med meget støv under sengen og bag sengen.

Übernachten auf der Baustelle

Keine Heizung - auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein Mini Elektroheizgerät, trotzdem gefroren wie die Schneider. Bad war noch voller Baustaub. Zugang über durchnässte Filzmatten. Wenn der Bau fertig ist, wäre es bestimmt eine tolle Unterkunft. Leider zu früh vermietet um eine gute Bewertung zu erhalten.

Passable Unterkunft.

Zentral und dennoch ruhig.

Die Tapete kommt von den Wänden. Klebt die doch einmal wieder an. Das sieht nicht gut aus. Die Fenster müssen geputzt werden. Das Bett war bequem, aber nicht gut gemacht.

Nicht empfehlenswert.

Es war sehr laut, anscheinend wurde gefeiert. Die Ganze Nacht hat jemand an die Zimmertür geklopft. Die Küche konnte man nicht benutzen, da sich Jemand übergeben hatte. Voll Daneben, schade um`s Geld. Ich hatte eine Woche gebucht, bin dann aber Morgens um 5,00 Uhr unausgeschlafen wieder zur Arbeit und habe mir eine andere Unterkunft gebucht.

DO NOT DO THIS!

Distance to town centre is ok!

Noise from other rooms, noise from the street, noise from the bed, noise from installations, noise from other guests(?) on squeeky floor, dirty toilet, dirty shower, quite expensive though! We skipped the second night we've booked.

It was a nice stay with great beds

Location is near the main rail station, 5-10 min walk maybe. The pension is almost on a very busy street, but we had a little bit of luck, and was pretty quiet. There are couple of food bars very near, also the old city is around 10-15 min, walk. The stuff war really friendly, check in is until 0 o'clock , the rooms and toillete is very clean, and they are separate. The room is small, but cozy. The mattresses were super comfortable.

Maybe it can be problem for some people that it's an old house, so the stairs and floor can make some wood noises, also the whole sound and cold/heat isolation of the house is not the best one. In summer it's great, because the air really fresh, but in winter probably could be a problem, but I dont know, because I stayed during the summer months.

Simple place

This place was within walking distance to the train station which was nice. It had all the amenities as stated. The shared shower and bathroom were clean enough.

We definitely got what we paid for-- simple room, blanket on the bed didn't look like it had ever been washed, noisy neighbours.

Exceptional

We were there for 2 weeks as a family, the place was clean, the beds are very comfortable and cozy, the staff are very good and polite people, ready to help at any time. The bathroom and toilet are very clean new and shiny, the place is quiet, peaceful, central, cozy and very warm in winter.

Didn’t hoover the dust under the bed for at least a year I looked under the bed to see whether I forgot Anthony, and the whole area is covered in a thick dust layer visible in there tile floor. generlly you step on dirt on the floor too, and someone smokes in the room too, usilly. the room smells of it

Generosity. When the host noticed I had rented a bike to travel around town, he immediately offered a safe spot to park

ample space, clean. close to downtown but not in downtown. close to some key amenities. Enjoyed the TV and generous shower.

I liked everything about this place. Would have loved a little microwave oven, but not essential.

Worst accomodation I ever experienced

+ good price + close to the centre

- main door broken like someone broke in - horrible hygene conditions, men toilets smelling like pee - dust everywhere, dirty walls, roomnot cleaned like for a year, everything looked trashed - smelled like smoke - not very proper area - says free parking, but its just street parking, that was full of course - pillow like a brick
