About this house rental

Please send an Injuiry if you would like to be added to the wait list for2025**. 19 Seaside Villas is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhouse in Fenwick Island Delaware. Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 75 yards to the beach, which is accessed by a convenient boardwalk and Dune bridge. There is limited public access so the beach is usually only occupied by the residents and guests of the community. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while laying on the king-size bed found in the Master Bedroom Suite. The Little Assawomen Bay can also be viewed and is beautiful at sunset. Linens are provided..

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The town house is so pretty! It has everything you need just pack your bathing suit and go. A gorgeous Kitchen, lovely bedrooms. Owners let us use their beach chairs which was so convenient. The A/C out put is like the Arctic even on 71. Great if your there during a heat dome. A few steps to a beautiful beach. 5 stars!

My family and I (6 adults and 1 baby) recently spent a long weekend and we wished we booked the entire week! The condo was very clean, spacious, and steps away from the beach. The condo is the first one off the road. The road noise was a bit loud at times but overall it didn’t impact our opinion of the place or our stay. The location was great- a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Bethany and Ocean City. Vicky, the host, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and having all needed to make our week comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much. There are many stairs which my husband found tough with his bad knee, but the place was worth the climb.

Great place to get away for a Girls Trip! We enjoyed the tranquility and cleanliness of this rental. The interior was very serene and relaxing. The outdoor decks had plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful views- we were spoiled with gorgeous sunrises AND colorful sunsets!. We all wished we had a couple extra days booked, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Vicky for a great experience, we look forward to coming back again!

This property has everything you need for a restful retreat. There were three of us, celebrating 10 years since launching a business together. The location is perfect, the home clean and comfortable and we had a lovely time.

We have enjoyed staying here for a quiet off-season get away for about 3 years now. Place is always clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The new living room couch was much appreciated. The views are great and you can walk right onto the beach from the boardwalk. The is road noise present but you get use to it. Wish we could afford to stay here during our summer visit too. Ty for having us!

Lovely opportunity to get away with our two adult children for three nights, busy lives so time for conversation. Stayed here 2 years ago. Hurricane Lee was pretty kind to us! Beautiful, well equipped property with very thoughtful hostess.

Nice, clean, modern property. A very short walk to the beach was the best thing about this property. There was quite a bit of road noise, especially at night. The town house was the closest to the road in the small development. I wish this was clear in the listing.

If you are reading these reviews, go ahead and book this place before someone else does. This is one of the best rentals we have ever experienced. Extremely well kept, clean, up-to-date and very well laid out. The ability to have one of the bedrooms be a king or 2 twin really opens this place up to have another couple stay with a multitude of kids (or just kids!). The loft is quite large and could serve as it's own bedroom (3rd floor and not open to common area as so many are) - as well as being a movie/hangout area for the kids. The large kitchen table was great as well as the well stocked kitchen. The views are quite spectacular especially from the master bedroom. Being in between Bethany/Rehoboth and Ocean City gives you access to so many restaurants and activities for all ages. We really thank you for taking such great care of this place and making it a place we will continually come back to (including in the off season). Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

We had a wonderful week at this beach house. Many amenities and beautiful decor. Updated kitchen, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, nice master shower, great views of the beach from both balconies. I highly recommend this rental.

We adored this property. It was just what we needed for a long Easter Weekend. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked! The views were tremendous and we especially liked our walks on the beach! The proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect. We hope to be back!

What a great trip this was. The location of this place is exactly where we like to be. We spend time in Bethany and down into OC, so this Fenwick location is perfect! The owner was great, and everything was super easy and clean. The Master overlooked the beach/ocean and the on-suite was really nicely done. Only issues (if you want to call them issues)...the couches and chairs are not that comfy if you plan on laying around watching movies and the traffic being so close because this is an end unit near the road. We were not outside that often during our stay, so it didn't bother us that much. But you really can't sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean, you'll just hear traffic.
All in all, this was a great place and we would stay here again. Thanks Vicky!

Really loved this condo!! It was exactly as shown on the listing, completely updated and had everything that we needed. The interiors were lovely and every detail has been thought of by the Owner. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We were able to accommodate our large group of eight with no issue. The large kitchen table was great for our family dinners and game nights! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy you can't beat it. The only downside I could see the property having is the proximity to the highway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home!!

Everything was wonderful. The house was spotless. We didn’t even have to wipe anything down. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time. The beach is so close and the complex is very well maintained. Victoria was wonderful to deal with. We would definitely go back!

The townhouse was beautifully decorated with various shades of blues and whites. Just as quaint as could be. Clearly the owners put great thought in decorations and amenities. Anything you could want in a kitchen was there. Very nice view of the ocean and walking to the beach took all of 2 minutes (timed and verified). The beach felt private because very few people were there. We saw dolphins! As nothing in life is perfect, our only complaint (from my 30 year old daughter) is that the beds in the smaller bedrooms were not very comfortable. My family and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Comfortable home on the beach!
We had a lovely stay; the house had everything we needed and all the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the owner was accessible for quick last minute questions as we were getting ready for the trip.
Locations as great; literally steps to a lovely and peaceful stretch of beach and short drive to Bethany and Ocean City. My kids loved our daily excursions to either boardwalks. The only downside of the location was how close the house was to the Coastal Highway. We weren’t too sensitive to the noise/view of the highway.

We had a great time at Victoria's place at the beach. Easy beach access, a great, clean townhouse with a great layout, two balconies, and covered parking to mention only a few items. The host is very responsive in a timely manner.

Beautiful Property
My family and I had a wonderful time in Fenwick. It is very close to lots to do and a short walk to the beach daily. We had a blast, and the property is beautiful and well furnished. We will be returning!

This was a great house. Its clearly been recently renovated (and renovated well), from top to bottom and everything in it (including most furnishings) seems brand new. That is a rare find for smaller beach rentals in this area, and it was pleasure to be around. We especially loved the kitchen - and the pictures in the listing were (almost) exactly as we found it. Access to the beach was also easy and great, and we spent most of our day out there listening to the waves and watching our kids play in the sand.
The only con of our stay (and only thing that was not what as expected) was the proximity to the road. The unit is at the end and closest one in the complex to the 4-lane road that connects Ocean City and Fenwick Island to Bethany. The view of it from the porch wasn't a big deal (it was easy to distract your eyes with the equally prominent but beautiful ocean view), but the sound of it inside the house - especially for me at night when trying to fall asleep - was harder to ignore. We used white noise, which did help, but if you are sound sensitive (like me), you might want to also bring some ear plugs.
All in all, I still highly recommend this place. The beds were comfy, everything was super-clean, it is very well appointed and beautiful, and the host does everything she can do make you feel welcome (her welcome bag was an especially lovely and unique touch). Just keep the noise in mind (if that might be an issue for you) and plan accordingly, and you'll have a great time.

Lovely condo!
This condo is nicely decorated and very welcoming. It has comfortable beds and plenty of relaxing places to sit both inside and on the two porches. We especially enjoyed using the porch off the main living room and ate outside every night enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

This 3 bedroom rental unit is perfect for a getaway with friends or family. It is beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. It is clean and comfortable and is very well equipped with everything you will need. Just bring your own sheets and towels. A Great Beach Retreat
This 3 bedroom rental unit is perfect for a getaway with friends or family. It is beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout.
