Dirty and unfriendly.

The bathroom was dirty. Toilet had pee around the seat. It was disgusting. I assume someone used the room before me and hotel staff didnt care to clean the room. That is a traveler's fear to stay at a dirty room. Never coming back!

Location was nice

Expensive for a room with dungeon like type. Towels are like rags - clean but rag looking Drilling around 2am in the morning.

worth the price!

the staff, the area is very close to everything: the beach, the plaza, the malecón, lots of food places near by to eat and cheap, lots of Mexican souvenirs to buy….nice quite hotel!

it’s kind of old, needs some improvements and the noise level (lots of noise)

Nite mare

It was in the area we wanted to stay , House cleaning staff were very hard working.

When we checked in the room was extremely small, the bathroom was terrible you couldn't even sit on the toilet, noise was crazy loud, the manager was very dishonest. Would not recommend this place to someone I didn't even like. Absolutely terrible. Mould everywhere they kept one of the maintenance guys busy painting over it daily, there is a theatre next door the music plays every night till about 1.30am , I paid to upgrade our room I had made a deal with the manager but on the day we were to move she wanted more money . We checked out 2 days early again they told me that I had to go on the website to cancel my stay for a refund which I did but on day we left they again made excuses . I'm in the renovation business so I've had lots of experience with dishonest people but this management staff rank right up there they would look you in the eye well they lied to you. I usually don't take the time to write a review but I just had to about this place ( Stay clear of this place)

Location was great. Sun deck areas were large and nice chairs. Great staff.

Pool was cold and you got no sun. No stairs means 18 stairs to first floor then to sundeck is another 32 steps. No washrooms on deck. The noise is steady for 24/7. Trucks, cops, kids, lots of dogs and blaring horns and loud music went all 🌙 night. Was offered coffee to 11:00 am. If empty at 9:30 would not make more. Bathroom so small your head can rest on the wall. Small balcony, check-in fella was grumpy. Cleaning staff was excellent.

We would not return to that room.

Pillows and bed and linens very comfortable. Bottled water and coffee provided. Liked location was in the romantic zone.

Loud traffic noises all day and all night. Small washroom, toilet close to the wall. Only only one electric outlet. Very small room.

The water pressure in the shower and the location of this hotel was the only good part of the stay in this hotel.

Room was a dump. Dirty and extremely noisy. The hotel wanted to charge e deposit for almost everything. They even blamed Booking for not updating the pictures for the rooms. I would walk the extra mile next time, instead of staying in this place,

I when to the address that su post to stay and the recepción guy told me the booking company changed me to another location which I have to pay another taxi to different brand and the staff just say and if I cancel I will get extra charges. anyway I toke the room since I didn’t want to look for another hotel at the moment because town is busy at the moment.

Poor amenities, small room no space.

Price was cheap. Unfortunately according to the price was very poor quality stay.

we had a 4th floor room. which my parents couldn’t make it as there is not elevator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. In general an affordable place to sleep if you really aren't picky and try to stay pragmatic.

Not really clean, the bedding had stains, my skin got a bit itchy after sleeping there.

Do not stay here

The price seemed nice and the pool looked refreshing but beware of this hotel.

The photos did not match the facilities at all. Rooms are dirty, bedding is old, it smells bad. The ac broke after the first night and wouldn't come back on. There are a ton of stairs to get to the rooms. We asked for a late check out and they said it was fine. When we went to leave they said we would have to pay $800 pesos before we could get our stuff from the room for a late check out fee!! The room was only $1,500 pesos a night. After arguing with the guy we paid the fee and he put it straight into his pocket. They are robbers!
