Description:
The first floor patio provides a perfect setting for entertaining and for enjoying the famous San Diego weather with a relaxing seating area. The exterior also affords a heated outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a fun day at the beach, located just steps away.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one full/full bunk bed which sleeps 2 adults or up to 4 small children) with closets and TVs
The second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom, closet and TV, a second full bathroom with washer/dryer and additional bedroom with king bed, closet and TV. This bedroom has ocean views.
The third floor is the main living area with open floor plan consisting of fully stocked kitchen, barstools, living room with TV, half bath and access to outdoor patio with large dining table, awning and bbq grill.
The rooftop deck is accessible from the third floor. This rooftop deck has a bar height dining table and lounge area allowing for relaxation and full panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which is something only a select few houses can offer in Mission Beach.
The storage closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, smash ball, volleyball, football and more!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and all the kitchen and beach equipment we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This place is top of our list to stay at in the future! Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for 9 of us everything we needed was available. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Nice appliances and washer and dryer. Walk to the beach was easy and the outside shower helped keep the sand out of the house. I would rent again!

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at this beach home. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning rooftop ocean view. Watching the sunset from up there was truly magical. The home itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed lazy days on the nearby beach and evenings cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to amenities yet still offering a sense of tranquility. Booking was a breeze, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We're already planning our next trip and hoping to book this gem again!

This house stunning and pristine yet very comfortable! Perfect place for our mom group to stay with our kids. We walked everywhere and especially enjoyed sunset on the rooftop deck. Hosts were super responsive and provided really clear house info. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

The location is perfect for days at the beach with lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Owners instructions and communication were very good and organized. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck. We would stay here again for sure.

This house was incredible! It was so clean and well taken care of. You can tell the hosts put a lot of time and effort into it. It had everything we needed and the rooftop was amazing, best one in the neighborhood! The hosts were easy to reach and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely book this house again for another family gathering!

Loved every part of our stay. Beautiful and clean. Within walking distance to just about everything. Convenient parking spaces on site, but beware, a large truck or SUV wouldn’t fit. Plan accordingly!

This property was clean, modern, and had the perfect location: close to PB but accessible to Mission Beach/Bay and Belmont Park. We had kids ranging from 7-15 and the place accommodated our group well. There were ample beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our use and multiple hoses to rinse of before entering the unit. A vacuum was accessible too, to help keep the place tidy during our stay. If traveling with young ones, the house is very vertical and requires a lot of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for our group, but if my kids were younger or we had joint issues it could be tough to manage. The rooftop patio was a wonderful place to watch the sunset and Sea World fireworks. It was close to restaurants, shops and markets, Al within walking distance and the host was very easy to work with. Would happily return again!

We really really enjoyed staying in this property. A lot of VRBOs are sparsely decorated and stocked, but not this one. Bedding was so comfortable, plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Even beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved hanging on the top deck. Property was super clean!

Stayed here with a group of 5 adults and it was perfect. Fantastic location, easy access to the beach and lots of bars & restaurants. The roof deck was perfect to just hang out and catch up with old friends for hours. House was clean and modern, hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and friends recently stayed and had a great visit. The house was clean and everything is new and updated in the house. The washer and dryer are in the main bathroom which is a little difficult especially since there is no vent to the outside. Otherwise it is a great house. No complaints.

You could see the ocean from the rooftop and also catch Seaworld’s fireworks around 7:45 at night. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The owner was responsive by text. We really enjoyed our stay and if we end up in the area again we would love to book again!

If you’re looking to impress your family and friends with a flat in mission beach, look no further. This place offers a lot, from modern accommodations, a rooftop balcony, and being walking distance to the beach. Would absolutely come back. Could only recommend adding cafe lights and a fire pit to take the flat to another level.

Our group of 8 women from the midwest searched for the perfect beach vacation rental for a long delayed getaway. We prioritized a place that had bed space for each person and was comfortable, clean, and modern. (Name of place?) checked all the boxes for us and did not disappoint! We had plenty of bedroom, living, and cooking space. There were so many extras around too (blankets, books, games, etc). which helped add a homey touch. All the beach essentials were also so helpful (towels, boogie boards, chairs). The best part was the view on the top of the building and the ability to hang out comfortably and eat meals up there. The owners were extremely helpful, accomodating to our needs, and quick to communicate. We are already looking forward to our next stay and we feel like we got a true San Diego experience!
