Annie's is a nice little cottage very close to shops and seafront but this year was very dusty, dirty and dog hair on kitchen and sitting room floors which was concerning as we had a 14 month old with us who was crawling/toddling around and everything goes in her mouth.

Annies is a sweet cottage, it has a very 40/50th feeling. It was nice to have a garden. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Also pleasant that the shops were closeby.

We have just spent a relaxing week in Annies cottage in Sheringham. It was a very welcoming, comfy place to stay. It's right in the heart of Sheringham so beach, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. are all within a minute of the front door.
We have stayed in several properties in Sheringham and this was definitely our favourite.

Annie’s is a property full of character, and situated in a perfect position close to shops and the beach, but still fairly quiet location at night.
Although no parking is guaranteed, we stayed for 14nights and never failed to park on the road outside the house, the only draw back being the car needs to be move by 08:45 each morning.
We had a great time, and would certainly consider Annie’s for a future stay in sheringham.

This was a lovely little cottage, very conveniently located. We had problems with the lock on the door, but once Keys knew about it, it was fixed. We realized when we booked it was a quaint cottage and that was the charm but I was not enamoured with the cobble stones in the bathroom downstairs or in the dining room. Hard to keep clean. I realize that this is a personal preference. Bedrooms very comfortable. Back yard a bonus.

Right in the heart of Sheringham, this was a great location for a winter break with shops, cafes and the beach almost on the doorstep. Comfortable, quirky and roomy cottage with lots of interesting historical features and information.
Only a couple of suggestions from us. Cushions on the sofas and pillows on the beds were past their best and could have done with replacing. Also, some provision for recycling would have been appreciated. We ended up taking it home in the car with us.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Annie’s cottage , we had everything we needed and the enclosed garden for the dog was such a bonus .
Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious ,my toddler granddaughter had the time of her life wandering through the kitchen, dining room and lounge .
The one adjustment I would have liked was a grab rail by the slipper bath as I could only use it once as I found it very difficult to get out of it with nothing to hold onto.
We had a very comfortable stay

Wonderful location and very comfortable. Bathroom very cold in the autumn and heated towel rail didn't work, not great when you are in your late 80's. Otherwise great, a pleasure to stay here.

Annies is a beautiful time capsule but with most mod cons.(No dishwasher). With being centrally located on the main street we find it perfect for waking to the beach at one end & the station at the other.

finding fault at Annies 30 station road
On arriving at Annies, our first impression was Wow,
The cottage had retained lots of period items yet had all the modern necessities you could ask for; we were very pleased to find a welcome pack that even included biscuits.
The whole cottage was well furnished and clean as was the small patio area at the back of the cottage. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms were light and airy and the bathroom, with a shower, toliet and a bath was very impressive. Annies also has a toilet downstairs, which was very convenient
Once settled in we started to discover lots of little gems, being of a more mature age, these brought back memories from the past, the metal shoe lasts brought back memories of taking shoes to the Cobbler and seeing them being repaired on identical lasts. Memories are very important for my wife who has a diagnoses of Alzheimer's'. She was able to relate to past memories which made her feel at home, normally she would be anxious in new surroundings, but this was not the case during our stay at Annies. Hopefully we will all return soon.

Time warp
What an amazing property. In the Ikea era it was a real trip into the past in this house. Full of vintage items in every room that told a story.
A perfect location in the town centre a few minutes walk to shore, shops, eats. The house has everything you need.
Having never been to Norfolk before, I am now recommending Annie's and Sheringham to friends?

A wonderful holiday
We loved it. We did get an email asking us to book in later than usual, the email wanted us to book in at 4, due to extra cleaning duties ( understandable with covid). However, on picking up the keys we were told we couldn't book in till 5 which was a bit shocking as we had come a long way in a taxi (which was leaving) and I am disabled. Lucky for us we were able to go in at 4 otherwise we would have had to sit on the pavement for an hour as I am disabled. This didn't spoil our holiday but was a little bit dissapointing.

A perfect property in a perfect location.
Annies is a delightful property, deceptively spacious and perfectly kitted out. We found everything we needed for our stay and then some, the owners have thought of everything. The furnishings are well thought out and very comfortable and the forties style is fabulous and only adds further interest to the property. As for location, it is ideally placed for anything you want to do in Sheringham with a host of excellent shops nearby and a stones throw from various resturants, pubs, parking and of course the beach. The rear courtyard garden is a lovely sun trap and perfect for an evening sundowner or al fresco dining on a summer's evening.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Annies cottage. It was like stepping back in time, loved all the period features. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden at the back was a real sun trap for the first few days of our stay. However when the weather changed dramatically, the owners were very prompt in turning the heating up for us. Situated in a great position for all amenities. Definitely recommend staying here.
