"Green Court" offers friends and family the comfort of a fine home and the excitement of a Palm Springs Lifestyle. This luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bath estate is located in the prestigious Palm Springs neighborhood called Old Las Palmas, situated on 2 generous lots with unobstructed South & West views of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. The interior features almost 3,400 square feet of newly designed rooms with high quality custom furniture throughout. All the spaces have beautiful original art and sculptures which make the home feel like an art gallery.
The stylish Great Room has exposed high-pitched wood beamed ceilings, 75" high-definition (OLED) Smart TV, comfortable seating, formal inside or casual outside dining, and a disappearing wall of glass overlooking the breathtaking mountain views, pool and desert landscape. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group, with granite counter tops, gorgeous limestone flooring, top-of-the-line appliances (Sub-Zero, Thermador) and everything needed to easily prepare and present a formal dinner or a midnight snack. Off the kitchen is the East Patio complete with in-line natural gas Weber Grill and a glass table with seating for 6+ in a Rose Garden setting. In addition, the house has a separate den/living room with an architectural gas fireplace and an elegant, museum quality dining room with French doors that open onto the Sculpture Garden.
The Large, Deep Lagoon Pool features silky Salt-Water and fun Color Lights. The yard is professionally landscaped and fully furnished for relaxing and entertaining in style. There's a separately heated in-ground Spa featuring powerful jets and festive color lights. The championship Tennis Court has been newly resurfaced and is furnished with a Ball Machine. The house, the casita, the outdoor living areas, and the tennis court all have beautiful views of the famous San Jacinto Mountains. Extensive wrap around gardens provide privacy as well as a bounty of lemons, oranges and grapefruits.
This walled and gated private estate has Five Luxurious Bedrooms (4 King, 1 Queen), each with their Own Bathroom. Three of the king bedrooms have televisions, one features a desk/work area, another has a King Canopy Bed with generous-sized seating area and picture window outlooks to the Pool and Mountain View. All of them feature Ceiling Fans and Premium Mattresses and Linens.
This is a TechSmart home including Streaming-Capable HDTV, App-Controlled Pool/Alarm/Air Conditioning, a wireless printer, high speed wireless internet throughout, and a monitored security alarm system.
This home has many sustainable/eco features including lots of warm LED lighting inside and outside, eco/saline pool system, and environmentally sensitive soaps and cleaning supplies. Much of the landscaping has been re-designed for water-efficiency, yet there is still ample grass for the kids and dogs to enjoy.

Yard is great, interior is very unique. Pool had some issues but the property managers were responsive and were able to resolve the issues with the heater.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! Joseph and Corey were responsive and helpful with booking and check in directions from beginning to end. We had a mishap with the refrigerator our first night and Joe was there within 5 min to fix it! The house is immaculate, decorated with lovely pieces of artwork and furniture throughout, but was welcoming and warm at the same time. But you will spend most of your time outdoors at the gorgeous pool and immaculate tennis court. The gardens, pool area and tennis court are so beautiful and well kept you feel like you're at a resort. It was 114 degrees for most of our week of vacation so we spent much of our time in the pool! It was amazing! We have rented many homes through VRBO but I have to say this one was one of the best...there was such attention to detail. The kitchen was so well stocked...coffee makers, Nespresso with pods, paper towels, plastic bags, foil, spices, dog bowls, shampoo, toiletries in every bathroom...in many homes these are not included. We would love to go back...maybe when it's not 114 degrees!

This house and casita is filled with the most beautiful art and furniture. It is an experience that is delightful. Everything is amazing. And the pool is a perfect temperature. Will definitely book again when it isn't as hot.

Great location and facilities were well maintained
The family enjoyed the stay. The location was ideal with the ability to walk downtown and around a very nice neighborhood. The TV situation was not ideal but Joe was quick help. I would highly recommend it. They also provided a decorated Christmas tree for our enjoyment.

This is a great house. It is well-equipped and comfortable, and the support we got from the rental agent was fantastic, flexible and timely. We had a great time there.
OK, the decor is a little odd ... we joked that it looked like the owners had gone to a design store and just bought everything they had ...

Great house with all the comforts you need for a respite in Palm Springs!
We throughly enjoyed our three nights. Here to celebrate a special birthday. Would highly recommend the house which includes a lovely pool, jacuzzi. We even used the tennis courts briefly! Coriey was very helpful by meeting us upon arrival. We hope to return.

Good property overall
We loved having a pool, spa and tennis court on the premises. We used them every day. The decor was not as cool as I hoped for. They are trying to do the whole retro funky 70s, which was only partially successful and not really my style, but the kitchen was nice and the home had everything we needed.

We needed to call property managers everyday with power outages, spa never worked and there is no ball machine! If you are paying all this extra for a tennis court, it might be important to you.Also hidden charges at the end even after having problems.

Terrific family gathering for Holidays
The house is beautiful, well situated and well cared for. Beds and pillows are comfy, and kitchen is well outfitted for cooking and entertaining. Managers went out of their way to make us comfortable and address any needs we had. They even got us a Christmas tree in advance of our visit so we would have a beautiful one to decorate (we arrived just before Christmas and were concerned there would be none left)! Besides the obvious perks of the tennis court and pool, the Arrive hotel down the street enabled us to grab a drink or meal out without driving whenever we wanted. Truly a great stay!

Miss it already!
Such a lovely house - finding one as spacious as this with a tennis court as well as a lovely salt water pool is not easy and this one did not disappoint! In fact the pictures don't do it justice as it looks even better in person. Another great point is the location as the local town was a 5 min drive. Us kids also loved the extra space in the guest condo as a place to watch tv and escape the parents! 😂
2 weeks was not enough - would recommend this place to anyone! 😀

This place is amazing!
We stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place. It's in a great area where we could walk to ice cream, drinks, or just look at some houses or the mountain. Liberace's house is a couple doors down. :) Very quiet neighborhood.
We stayed by the pool a lot, but there were spacious common areas inside too. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking large meals together and had a great supply of pots, pans, dishes, etc. There were plenty of pool towels and floaties to lounge around on. The tennis court is amazing and well stocked with rackets and balls.
The bed in the casita was so comfy and I liked to wake up and see the pool from our room. Everyone had a great time here. I highly recommend it.

Awesome house and property
A group of old friends stayed here for long holiday weekend. Loved the house and hit some tennis every morning. Most of group were tennis players so everyone LOVED having private court. And a nice pool to jump into after a good workout.
The layout is great and open, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and the added casita...which is really nice with a bathroom and view of pool area. The house had everything you'd need to cook and hangout...just bring food and drinks.
Also there is a really cool hotel called Arrive a short walk away that has a bar and restaurant that was fantastic. The "Build Your Own Bloody Mary" at brunch was phenomenal. Had lunch there too. We were four guys in our group so everyone had their own room but this house easily fits 8...great for four couples.
A couple of the guys were already talking about returning so hopefully we'll be booking the house again. Highly recommend. Joe and Cory were great and responsive for any questions.
I never rented house before and I'm sold on the whole concept with this nice experience.

Green Court was the perfect destination for our extended family vacation. The house was very well appointed with nearly everything we needed (even a cake plate for a birthday celebration!); we certainly did not feel like we were staying in a rental home. The pool was clean and refreshing (not full of harsh chemicals), the tennis court fantastic and the grounds were simply lovely and impeccably kept -- honestly, other than groceries, we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation right there and didn't feel compelled to leave the property. Joe was great to deal with and the Home Away app was incredibly useful. Easily one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Green Court again!
