Beautiful newly renovated and decorated one bedroom unit with incredible lake view in a very tranquil complex. Stainless steel appliances. Just two miles from the beach. Walking distance to shopping, grocery and restaurants and a few minutes from downtown Delray. Access to two beautiful swimming pools, well equipped gym and tennis courts. Cable and internet are included in the rental. Non-smoking and no pets. MINIMUM STAY ONE MONTH.

We enjoyed staying at Elena’s place. It was our first time renting a condo and we found her place to be very neat, extremely clean and in a good location. It was very well stocked with everything from utensils, towels, sheets and even a keurig. There was only one thing that could improve the stay and that would be for her to have a more comfortable couch in the living room. With that said, it would not prevent us from staying there again.

We stayed for 3 months (Jan-Mar) and couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable place. The condo is nicely done and very clean with everything you'll need for a relaxing time in Delray. The property is perfect, offering 2 pools, tennis courts and gym. The owners are very accommodating. If your looking for a great place to stay that's close to the beach, shopping and dining .... this is the place.

This was my 7th year for renting in South Florida but this was my favorite place. The condo was clean and newly renovated. You walk in and immediately see a lake and fountain, which provided many hours of calm, on the screened in porch. The kitchen was fully equipped and I especially appreciated a washer and dryer in my unit. Location, location, location............I loved being just minutes from the ocean but right at the entrance to 95! I used the gym on the premises , which was just a 10 minute warm up walk away. Of all the places I've rented in the past, I have never met such nice people as I did around the pool everyday. I have become good friends with several couples from this winter. Last but not least, the owners are wonderful , accommodating people. I can only hope that you enjoy your winter in this special condo, as much as I enjoyed mine.
