My stay was comfortable and and all my accommodations were met to my expectations.

Amia and Tia at the front desk and over the phone were more than great! They we’re both phenomenal and more than accommodating to every need that I encountered during my stay! I’m appreciative of the patients and their hospitality and efforts to accommodate me throughout my entire stay. Also had a nice gentleman who helped me with my bags. From the elevator to the front as I was leaving

A really bad scam!

The bill when checking out showed one night - as booked. However, the credit card was charged twice. It took ages to get a refund.

Exceptional stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Would definitely stay again.

Hilton Garden Inn, Boca Raton is located in an exceptional area surrounded by beautiful lush landscaping. Our room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Super comfortable bed, relaxing pool area, plenty of free parking. Very safe surroundings within walking distance to an ice arena ( even in Boca Raton) and a small lake with water fountain that you can walk the circumference. We truly enjoyed our stay here!!

No free continental breakfast.

Walked into a 66 degree room, both rooms dated, tub faucet falling off, rusted tub, fridge leaked water all over floor by morning.

The hotel stay was good except for the miscommunication at breakfast.

The lady that was bringing out the breakfast came over to us and ask if both of us were eating. Then asked us if we knew there was a charge for breakfast. When I said I wasn’t aware of that (which it wasn’t a problem, I just didn’t know) she then told me she would be back with the bill. When she returned she had an attitude when she found out I had already checked out and reminded me I still had to pay for the one breakfast. (Again paying for it wasn’t a problem, wouldn’t have checked out beforehand if I knew you had to pay for breakfast). All in all it just seemed like she assumed we were trying to steal food or try to get away without paying for it.

Very nice hotel

Hotel is very clean and neat. We got there late, and the system was down, so we had to wait by the pool until we could get checked in. Girl at front desk was working with tech support very hard to get the system back up, but she kept her cool and was still very friendly

Poor location!!

Price was good. Room and lobby was clean and comfortable.

Bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Car was one of 6 or 7 that got broken into overnight -- and despite being locked they somehow got in without drawing any attention. Let hotel staff know and they already knew, and said police were notified but no other consolation. Nothing other than a small bag of quarters were taken as we had cleared everything valuable out before heading to our room. We had to get back on the road (we just stayed one night passing through) so we left our name/number/make & model and were told we'd hear from someone. Never did and it didn't appear as though the staff care at all. Clearly not a safe area, so beware!!

Easy check in/check out, good location right near the highway! Fix the smell and it would be even more amazing!

Big, spacious property, modernized rooms

Horrible smell in the hallways and by the elevator, restaurant was “closed” for an event according to an employee - it was 7pm and no one was around.
