This vintage apartment is amazing. We love the right downtown location, and everything was really cool to be part of. The golden age rail yard was an exciting aspect, and the trains were not loud at all.

Really cool, quirky, historic apartment. One of the most well stocked VRBOs we have stayed in. The location is perfect downtown. You can walk to everything. If you read the description on the listing carefully there should be no surprises.

Very nice property. Can barely hear the trains & they were not loud enough to wake us up. The bedroom skylights now have shades though one in our group had no issues sleeping with the shade open. All the natural light was wonderful. Great food & shopping right downstairs. Would stay again.

We loved the apartment's decor, cleanliness, and well stocked kitchen. The building is very old and we loved the original wooden floors and the windows... We felt very at home while staying there. The beds are very comfy. Because it is winter we were unable to take advantage of the deck. It looks amazing and we would like to return when the weather is warmer to experience cooking and eating on the deck. We loved our stay!! Thank you!

We loved everything about our stay. It was nice, clean, cute, quiet and the neighbors were friendly.
Our only problem was that the website had the wrong address, so directions wanted to send us to Colorado.

Hard to beat location in historic downtown. We visited during UW homecoming and the area was bustling with activity. The unit was nicely decorated and supplied with a modern kitchen and large living area. Make sure your group is aware that two of the three rooms are only separated by a curtain.

Came to Laramie for a wedding. Your place was close to all of the events and so many places to eat and relax with adult beverages without driving. The place was decorated so nice and comfortable. Loved it and wish we could have stayed longer, but crazy airline flight coordination mess with our schedules-thanks again!

Home away from home when we’re in Laramie. We’ve also stayed in Suite C, which is in the same loft. Both properties are fantastic. Roomy, clean, lovely beds and kitchens. Billie’s interior decorator skills are on full display, and make these properties so comfortable and fun. Walk out the door and right to nice restaurants, bars and shopping. Just superb. Billie is a responsive, helpful host. We’ve already re-booked for next year!

We loved staying in the heart of downtown Laramie! What a quaint area with tons of wonderful shops and restaurants. The rental worked out great and had large and comfy beds! The claw foot tub shower was a bit hard to maneuver in. Would have loved to have a walk-in shower instead. But overall it was great!!

Great stay in this space. Loft is well stocked to cook meals at home. Deck is great to sit at, in the morning, to watch the trains roll by and enjoy the views. Highly recommend booking a stay here. Billie, the host, is awesome! Easy to contact and makes sure your stay is perfect!

A group of 11 of us rented 2 of these properties for the weekend! Being all UW alumni, it was such an amazing location for us to celebrate downtown. The location is perfect and the charm of the properties is so great. It is unlike any other place I have ever stayed. We never once had to drive elsewhere because it is in the heart of downtown. Would highly recommend staying here!

Weekend Girls Trip to Laramie
We had a wonderful time staying in this unit! It was absolutely perfect! We loved the decor, the rooftop patio, the proximity to downtown and the University. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay in Laramie. It was very quiet, clean and perfect for our girls weekend.

Perfect for a girls getaway
I took my 5 friends on a surprise getaway. None of them had been to Laramie before and loved the cozy stay this home offered. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the rooftop patio. It was close to everything so we were able to leave the car and just walk around and visit the University of Wyoming Campus and all that downtown had to offer. I would highly recommend staying at this unit.

Stylish, comfortable, and fun! This apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy Laramie.
The apartment had everything we needed to celebrate a cowboy chic wedding in Laramie. The bride stayed there and the space allowed her to feel pampered and prepared. The rest of us felt like we were in WY luxury! The walkability to our favorite spots in Laramie was wonderful, too.

Great place to stay for Laramie/UW visit
This apartment was just as advertised. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Laramie. Close to food and great shops. Free/ Easy parking a plus. Loved the decor and feeling of this old but restored building. Only negatives were construction across the hall about 7:40 on the morning we left and the deck/balcony is shared.

Really enjoy the history and decor of the property. The location was perfect to park the car and be able to access dining/ coffee/ shopping.
We truly enjoyed our time and loved the use of the old building with its retained character .

The place was very clean, very convenient to get around town without a car. walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. I just wish the place had a better seating area outside so you could enjoy the deck. Chairs outside were metal, hard to sit on and the grill was unsuitable for food. The inside was incredibly decorated and incredibly comfortable.
