The place was just as described. It is in a great location for to play golf at the Tara & Monticello golf courses. Communication with the owner was wonderful, timely, and informative. I would recommend this place to have a nice quiet getaway, or a 3-4 person golf getaway.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday celebration held at the SLV clubhouse. It was crowded at her house and this worked out perfectly for us. Condo has plenty of room, 2nd bedroom has two single beds so a family could enjoy it. Check in was painless, owner provided the code well in advance. Towels and linens provided, bring your own soaps and shampoo. Overall a great experience.

Overall it was ok for what we needed. Great location, quiet, & comfortable. The kitchen floor could use a good mopping. It was pretty sticky. Very easy to check in & out.

Was not ready for check in. The cleaning lady did an excellent job under pressure. When we unfolded sofa bed the pad was stained and dirty. But otherwise a nice location.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Lincolnton where we were attending a Bluegrass Festival. We were there only at night, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. We ate a yummy meal at El Sombrero in Lincolnton. We also drove through the two nearby State Parks-they were really pretty as well. When we are in the area again next year, we hope and plan to stay in the townhome again.

Townhouse was as described. Only issue I had was not being able to contact property manager. Sent message to Property manager through VRBO and text through regular texting. I also left a voicemail at number provided asking for a call back to ask a couple of questions regarding my stay. Seven days have passed and still haven’t heard back from property manager (Carol w/Remax per voicemail). Needless to say stay is over and everything went fine.

Nice 2 bedroom-2 bath accomodations minutes from Lake Thurmond and Clarks Hill State Park in Georgia. Everything was clean and the unit was fully furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Great long weekend at the lake! The property was close to all the things we enjoy - the Savannah Lakes Marina, Back Paddle Brewing, and fishing within walking distance. Perfect place for a family of four as a base camp for all our outdoor activities. Quiet, clean, and comfortable home. Owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the keypad. Thanks for the memories!

Overall it was a great place! Only suggestion is to put curtains on the windows in both bedrooms to block the sunlight for us late sleepers. Thanks! :)

The beds were not comfortable at all. Very hard. Comforter smelled musty and there were no extra blankets in the closet. But VERY CLEAN, great location, great communication with the owner. Overall good - could just be better.

This spacious townhome was perfect for our family stay at the lake! The entire place was well equipped with everything we needed (soaps, extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen, spices, etc). John was also very kind and responsive! As a former VRBO property owner I can honestly say that this is a great vacation rental. Very pleased with this place & plan to return in the future!

The property is perfectly situated on the South Carolina side of the Savannah River. We were visiting family across the lake from us. We loved the area. All the pictures are recent and accurate. We hope to rent it again.

Perfect location for what we needed for a local event over the weekend. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great in a quiet neighborhood. Screened in deck/sunroom out back overlooking trees and the water. Very nice!

Our family enjoyed the stay in this very nicely kept condo... the neighborhood was quiet and it was so close to the way you can see it out of the back windows. We will be staying again (as my brother lives near by and we don’t). However next trip we will bring down a mattress pad to swage the only gripe we could had. All-n-all it’s a great value one fine accommodations!

The property was very clean quiet and relaxing it was so nice to have the amenities of a full kitchen especially with kids the neighbors were very nice and welcoming the cell reception was spotty but I didn't mind that because we were able to play card and board games with the kids without technology the whole stay was amazing the best vacation our family has had we will definitely stay there again if available when we plan our next vacation to the area
