We had a great vacation!. The condo is in a very good location and the property is well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing! Very clean and nicely decorated unit. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants. A very short walk to the beach!

Great unit with stellar ocean views. My friend and I differ from a lot of guests as we like to cook in a lot rather than dining out. The kitchen is not as well equipped as we are used to and like, but we made things work

We loved it. Our mom and dad stayed in the same condo for about 20 years..we had not been there in nine years. One sister turns 70 this year. so the other two sisters decided it was time for us all to go back an celebrate! It was perfect. FYI the toaster did not work, we had to hold down the lever.

The place had some great views! Easy access to the beach which was perfect. I had to give it 4 stars because the cleaning product used in the condo was horrible! The smell took over the fridge where if you put anything in there it would smell or taste like it. The floors were coated with a cleaner and extremely slick and dangerous. Did not go away but next day so we had to get it up. The rest of the place just stayed smelling this horrible cleaner/toxic smell. Had to keep windows and doors open 24/7. We would love to return but that would be a deal breaker in the future.

We had the best time!!! We’ve stayed at different units at Vistas on the Gulf before and this is by far our favorite! The unit was very clean, well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! The office staff are great if you run out of supplies or have any questions during your stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!

We have stayed at Vistas many times; this was our first time going with our daughter and grandchildren. Our unit was terrific, and the facilities are wonderful. The only unpleasantness was the presence of a loud, drunken group staying in the unit above us the first few days and their fighting and late night screaming the first couple of days. They were scary! If they hadn’t left, we might have.

Our stay was great , its aways great to have 2 bedrooms. There were beach chairs and a small cooler to use. Location was perfect. The room is accessible by elevator which came in very handy this trip. If I HAD to make a suggestion it would be to upgrade the washer / dryer and relocate it to the hall closet.

We were a party of three and we were there to relax. The apt was the perfect size with good amenities. As we do not have children we booked a bit early in the year. We have already reserved our stay for next year the last week of April. The staff that cares for the complex were nice people and very helpful. It seems to the perfect location for visiting Pass A Grille and St Pete Beach. We cooked in sometimes and also went out. The third story view of the water and beach were perfect with the water being only a couple hundred feet walk from our building. Overall a good time was had by all. We are so glad we found this place and came home very relaxed.

Vista end unit had a perfect view of the beach.The updated kitchen was great but bathrooms would be safer with updated showers not tubs.Our unit was very quiet and the large deck private.Wonderful views of the sunset.Like a private oasis in the midst of a hectic coastal area!

Love being right on the water with easy access to a very walkable beach. One bedroom has a sliding glass door to the gulf view, balcony and an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom is not really a bedroom. It has no closet, no windows to the outside, and is very small. very usable kitchen.

We were right on the beach. There was also a nice pool with lots of community beach and pool toys. Great family atmosphere. Condo was very clean and ideal for 4 adults and a toddler.

My husband and I were looking for a new place to vacation and came across some advertising for St Pete Beach. Neighbors had talked of using Vrbo rentals so we thought why not? We found a property that seemed to fit us and Steve was an amazing host. Property is just as described and photos are exactly what you are getting with this great rental. Great location, close to grocery store. Lots of eating options in this area. We would definitely recommend this property right on the Gulf. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Will book again in the near future.

First time staying in St. Pete outside of the Don CeSar. Could not have been more pleased! The unit was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we are already looking into staying there again next year. Communication with the host was great as well. Would absolutely recommend this unit for rental.

Overall fairly pleased with the stay but a couple of things that I feel should be disclosed about the property : * no closet to hang clothes in the smaller bedroom. * Dryer in disrepair and difficult to use * Tv in second bedroom would not play any show s no matter what we tried .

Fantastic unit at a great property. Very well appointed condo right on the beach with designated covered parking. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were perfect for our family. Nice kitchen, dining and living area. Great storage and plenty of supplies. The location of the building is perfect in the north pass-a-grille beach or south st Pete’s. Restaurants, groceries, seafood markets, etc all very close, within 2 miles. Nice pool. Can’t say enough great things. Excellent management and owners. Great communication. We knew just what to expect. If I had to say 1 negative I would only mention the blinds on the sliding doors being broken and dated but really everything was fantastic!!! We will be back!

My husband and I had a fantastic vacation! The condo was exactly as described and we'd request staying here again. The view was exceptional, our frontal "beach" wasn't overly crowded as some others were (especially the public part down to the right a bit) and the condo is an excellent location near shopping, grocery, restaurants and highways! Lots to do in St Pete's; and we really enjoyed the time at the condo as well. It was clean, well equipped, very hot water and cold AC, dishwasher and W/D worked great, full size kitchen appliances, extra beach chairs in the closet, large balcony, short walk to the beach or pool, onsite parking, elevator or stairs, friendly staff and tentative host! Only cons are the beds were a bit firm, old style bathtubs and the tile flooring thru-out does get slippery with sand by weeks end. Suggest bringing a broom as there is not a vacuum. A cozy condo getaway with great views and location! :-) Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Our stay at Vista at the Gulf was amazing. The unit is in a perfect location right on the beach and the view from the balcony is the best. We would sit out on the balcony or take the beach chairs that are in the unit and sit out on the beach to watch the sunset. You are walking distance to the Don Cesar Hotel where they have the best ice cream (Uncle Andy’s Ice Cream Parlor). There is an on-site office for any question you might have. You can also get beach towels from the office for a $10.00/towel refundable deposit. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and there are a couple of gas grills. The owner Steve was very easy to work with and responded to any questions that you had right away. The unit is very well kept and the beds are very comfortable. You will not be disappointed in staying in this unit. We loved it so much we actually stayed another day and wish we could of have stayed longer.

We loved this condo! Beautiful beach, gorgeous sunsets, lots of swimming, skim boarding and shelling. We saw dolphins and manatees swimming, too! Kitchen was well supplied. Great to have two bathrooms. Excellent water pressure in the showers. Patio had lots of seating. Close to a grocery store and a marina for boat rides and fishing. Close to lots of restaurants and bars, although we ate in a lot due to COVID-19. In unit washer dryer was very helpful, too. Overall awesome!!

Decorated very nice and we enjoyed staying here! The condo needs a few things! New pots and pans Mirror in the small bedroom looks like it is going to fall off the wall The floors were really dirty,they need to be cleaned and it was not sand it was dirt!!
