HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, OVERPRICED AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP FROM RENTERS.PL

Reported broken washing machine and main entrance door handle first evening of our stay. After several " copy and paste " messages with renters.pl "specialist" was send to sort out the problem but nothing has been done and repaired. Renters.pl informed us that the washing machine is to expensive to repair or changed and door handle is still working so ignored the problem and said that we can oficially complaint to them... They didn't give a monkey that the family on holiday will have no chance to wash their clothes. In general apartment looks good and clean on the photos only - however if you look little closer this is not a case at all !!! ( please see photos below ) The smell in the apartment is awfull, there is dirt and mold in the bathrooms , the toilet was still dirty after previous rent. It was not enough of kitchen utensils, very old and overburned frying pan , not working toaster, electric oven was dirty and discusting that we didn't wanted to use, very dirty and full of mold hoover etc. The main problem was ignorance, luck of action and help from renters.pl customer service. We'll never use their service again - STAY AWAY and use the other available renting companies.

Great new building with riverside walks and only 10 minute walk from Rynek

Great new area of the city, Nice new apartment with easy parking, scenic views, local shop and great riverside walks for family with children was great so close to the center. Safe and secure and only 10 minutes walk from the Rynek.

We had one or two issues, but there is no one to call, all goes through text message/ service. Which is answered quickly. however one issue of parking took 4 days to resolve. All reimburse by Renters. The apartment for being new was a but dirty. Which was disappointing for such a new building.

Poor

For the price they charge the service was awful. Long story short, the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests and we had to sleep on dirty used bed sheets and had no clean towels at all. We arrived at about 10p.m. The apartment was not cleaned and it was extremely dirty. It looked like the previous guests had a party and departured right before us and noone took care of the apartment. The rubbish bin was full, plates and cups were dirty. Bed sheets were still on the bed and they were used. There was no new bed sheets and no towels, only dirty towels on the floor. We had to sleep in our clothes and being there was literally disgusting. Only the next day a housemaid arrived and cleaned the apartment. For the price that was charged I would never recommend a stay in this hotel. Even though the location was good and there were three rooms. But who cares if you have to live in a rubbish dump? We received no excuses and no reimbursement for our stay in such conditions. Do not risk and find another place to stay with a better service.

the bathroom sink had a problem, the neighbours were fighting for 2 nights long, the bedroom was not comfortable

Despite the fact that we hardly stayed in the flat after the end of our stay we were accused of dama

The location was sensational. The flats were nicely furnished. The view from the tract allowed to relax and rest(but only on the evening)

The terrace and the view from it was beautiful, however due to its location (from the east) it was terribly hot and the lack of an additional umbrella made it impossible to use it for most of the day. The apartment I stayed in did not even resemble the apartment from the photos. For such a high price I would expect more reliability in this area. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky.
