A pleasantly short trip

Location was perfect for our short stay.

Location is the only good thing.

$45 a night parking fee on top of the nightly rate is absurd! Public parking is available for $20 but they tell you about all the "break ins" to vehicles so you will go with their service. They are not liable for any damage to your vehicle or theft so what are we paying for? Breakfast was sub par, not a very big selection for a place that was so expensive. The window shade in our room was broke so we could not close the room darkening shade. The water went out in the city so we left a day early and had to argue to get our second day of parking refunded with the room charges. Overall would not stay here again. Way overpriced.

Great hotel, but small room

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very nice in a pretty area close to the GWCC. The breakfast being open until 10 is a plus too 👍

The room was very small and cramped for the price it was. It may be because we had a corner room which was fine, but I have stayed in corner rooms for less than what I paid for this one that were much roomier

Great location. Mediocre accommodations. Rude staff.

Walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Park.

Staff was unhelpful and rude. The hotel added multiple charges ‘not included’ in base price of room that ended up costing us the same price as luxury hotels in the same area. Basic necessities like bottled water and parking had to be purchased. Accommodations were definitely not worth the price we ended up being charged.

Great location, safe and clean with good value

Breakfast was good, easy with lots of options and our kids enjoyed it!

Room had a slight smell, not bad but musty. Heated pool would have been awesome!

Nice room. Front desk staff borderline rude. Parking is difficult, expensive, and not included.

Breakfast was subpar for a 3 star hotel. The room itself was nice.

Front desk service was terribly terse. Not welcoming or warm at all. Very abrupt attitude and not helpful regarding the parking situation. It’s either valet or the directly adjacent public lot with an attendant that the hotel should do more to clarify is not associated with the hotel at all.

Stay in ATL

The location to all downtown attractions and restaurants. Even when driving it was less than 20 minutes away. The front desk staff we encountered were all very welcoming.The room was clean and beds comfy.

The breakfast didn't have many options.

Very pleasant stay in Atlanta

The hotel is right beside Georgia Aquarium and within walking distance from many city attractions. Very good place to stay. Beds were comfortable, good shower. Breakfast also very good.

Valet parking is expensive. We went out and when we got back around 3PM nobody removed the trash and clean up the room

good place to stay, good location but bad kitchen experience

great rooms but the breakfast, especially during the weekend, is poor and terrible, incl. using plastic plates and cutlery. However, the bar has a nice and well prepared menu. Wish the breakfast to be on the same level

Breakfast - very few things to choose from and at the same time - not good quality. Scrambled eggs are faraway from what they should be;

Loved this place. Very nice.

The breakfast that was provided was well above other places that we've stayed. The front desk staff were so polite and very accommodating!! The proximity to all the activities we e came for was amazing. We were able to walk just about everywhere.

The ice machines were 4 floors away from where we were staying. There wasn't a microwave available.. kids wanted a snack later in the evening and couldn't warm up their pizza

TASHA NEEDS A RAISE..!!

Tasha was wonderful..!! She made our trip one of the best and definitely made my husband's birthday special..!! We can not thank her enough, she's a special lady and works very very hard and cares about her customers. If you decide to stay here ask for Tasha you won't regret it 😉

Location was amazing!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always happy to answer my questions.

The only downside was the pool was a little small, but it was still a bonus for my kids.

Walking distance to main family attractions like Georgia Aquarium, World of CocaCola, Olympic park and Sky view. Hotel is very clean, modern, we had a great panoramic view on downtown of Atlanta. Also, I like that we had an option to buy tickets to the aquarium at the front desk.

Would only stay here again for the close proximity to the aquarium and world of coke.

Wasn’t given the option to self park when we were told we’d be able to. Valet was very rude and just stood next to us on their phones while we unloaded our car with a 4 month old, a dog, and our stuff. Didn’t offer a hand once.

Our stay was fantastic!! The staff were all so up beat and happy to help with everything we needed.

The parking was expensive but I did find comfort that the car was safe and looked after 24/7
