About this house rental
This three bedroom, three bath Point Judith Narragansett beach home is open-concept and filled with windows and light. Kitchen, dining, living area, and bedrooms have been remodeled. The walk-out basement has a couch that converts to a comfortable queen bed.
Enjoy ocean views from the rooftop decks. It's an easy walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach/Sand Hill Cove. Or walk to the secluded neighborhood rocky beach, where you can explore the tide pools and collect critters at low tide, or build a beach fire to enjoy the sunset.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home has a great backyard for lawn games. The front deck is the perfect spot to grill, dine al fresco, and enjoy a good book and the ocean breeze. Walk to Iggy's, Aunt Carrie's, and Chair 5. Close to Scarborough.
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, folding table, and plenty of space to hang wet clothes and towels.
New AC this summer! We have a great ocean breeze and often turn off the AC and listen to the waves break.
The home has internet and YouTube TV for live tv (living room). You can also login to your streaming services on both living room and basement tv.
We provide pillows, comforters, and blankets. Renters bring sheets (1 Cal king bed, 3 queen beds), pillowcases, and all towels, or rent from Vacation House Linens.
*No parties or events. Our beach home is in a quieter neighborhood. We are all about good times and summer fun, but if you're looking for a party house/neighborhood, this is not the best fit for you. Per town ordinance, and out of consideration for our neighbors, quiet hours after 10 PM. No smoking and no pets due to family allergies.
*Town ordinance requires that no more than 4 unrelated people occupy the home.*

This is the second time we’ve rented this house for girls weekend and it was perfect. Wonderful location, minutes away from beaches, restaurants and the BI ferry. I had great communication with the property manager, and the house has a beautiful rooftop deck to watch sunset. We will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed the walks to the beach, Galilee for dinner, easy drives to Newport and Narragansett. Hosts were amazing. Sunrise and sunset views from top deck. A gem of a location.

Spectacular. 6 of us stayed there, with ages spanning 10 months to 75 years old and we had a wonderful time. Walked to beaches every day, made use of the well stocked kitchen, and enjoyed sunsets on the top deck. The owners were extremely responsive to our communications. We'd love to go back some time.

Our family had a great time. A couple of things. The air-conditioning wasn't working well. Fortunately it wasn't too hot out but the temperature in the house was well over 80 when we arrived.

Great experience and location is amazing to head to the beach as well Newport! Washer/dryer is key for families and the games really help keep the kids entertained. As a huge highlight, the rooftop deck is such a fabulous place to get fresh air and relax! Communication w/ owner is so lovely and responsive- a treasure!

Everything was perfect. The only thing we did not like was how SHORT our trip was! My family and I enjoyed every minute of RI and this beautiful home away from home.

It's not easy making everyone in the group happy, but this rental fit the bill. The house looks great, is well stocked with everyday items you might need, and has plenty of nice pillows for the beds. Lori is an exceptional host, both responsive and accommodating. Check-out requirements were simple too (not a litany of chores to complete like at a house we rented the year before).
There were beach chairs and lawn games (spike ball, bocce, croquet) in the laundry room.
Also glad to see a grab bar in one of the showers which can be important for some folks.
We would be happy to go back.

All about location!
Great place to get away! Peace and quiet with great access to multiple beaches. The house had great views of the water. We shucked oysters on the roof every night for sunset. This location is a relaxing location to explore Narragansett and other Rhode Island towns. We did Newport one day, and block island another. Sweet place!

Beautiful house in quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to everything!
Sizeable house with comfortable amenities. Walkable to the beach. Perfect for small groups or families. Very quiet area. No AC which was totally fine in the late season. Very much enjoyed and would love to come back!

Pt Judith beauty
The house and location were perfect for our family: close to the beach, quiet area, and many nights I could hear the ocean. We loved it all.

Great spot
The house was great, very clean, plenty of room inside and nice backyard for yard games. The rooftop deck was fantastic for watching the sunset. Very close driving proximity to Scarborough beach or long walk/bike ride to smaller beaches. Lori was very responsive and left us plenty of info on the house and surrounding area. The only downside we found was no AC in the house. Would stay again.

Summer family vacation in Rhode Island
This was the first time we rented through VRBO. I have rented through AirBnB for several years. The experience was very similar. The house is newly renovated and furnished. The description of the property is accurate. It is a beautiful house located in prime area within walking distances to local beaches and public Roger Wheeler beach, restaurants and 5 minutes drive to Block island ferry. 45 minutes to Newport. Lori and Jeff are great hosts. They responded very quickly to questions. The local information they provided was very helpful. Checking in was very easy. The house was warm when we checked in in the late afternoon due to abundant south facing windows but it quickly cool down after opening the windows and turning on the fans throughout the house. There is breeze from the ocean most of the time. There is no need for A/C. We love the area and the house and will consider renting it again.
