Very stressful stay

The flat is centrally located and very convenient. Most of the facilities you expect to see are there (except the ones referred to below)

TV no reception, cannot be fixed by maintenance crew, shower door cannot close, no hand washing liquid, only half a toilet roll available for a 6 night stay. However what was most stressful was how 360 Stays panicked over the location of keys only 20 minutes to check in time; called to check if I have taken them (!); was unable to tell me realistically what time we could check in (and all the while we were standing in the streets with no WiFI and plenty of luggage) and when we did finally, blamed me for not showing "consideration" and not allowing for human error for a "slight" delay. 360 Stays also accused me of lying about only having half a toilet roll available as they have picture that showed more than one (but never send over to substantiate this claim when I asked). Even then why would I have to lie about insufficient toilet rolls - this is so disrespectful! We have to purchase toilet rolls in the end for use. Worst still stay interrupted and disturbed by landlord coming up unannounced to "fix the TV" (when the maintenance crew had been and couldn't technically fix it!) - I have told 360 Stays that we did not want to be disturbed and in any event we were more than halfway through our stay - but all that was ignored. Finally talked to someone at 360 Stays and communicated these concerns and was able to be left in peace for the rest of the last 2 days.

Great place to stay in Oxford!

The suite is located at the centre of the city, and you can go almost everywhere you want easily. The suite is also modern and clean. The host is very friendly.

Passable

Great location.

Loud music from the ground floor bar. Narrow beds. I was surprised by the request for a 200 GPB deposit and contract signing. Some parts of the apartment would require more care. The biggest problem - missing parts of the handles (see photo).

misleading terms AND unpleasant stay because of accommodation issues

location is good and flat spacious enough: no misleading info on that bit

for this property, the description and the terms of payment described on booking.com are misleading: supposedly no pre-payment requested but after booking is completed (without option to cancel) the property owners impose requirements outside booking.com (which is the trusted service provider) too much problems for 1 week (holiday!) stay: cleanliness issues upon, car park not available on the 2 first days, bedroom window leaking when it rained, poor support service (nobody showed up to fix/solve things) getting deposit reimbursement very difficult, 48h after check out property does not reply to messages

It is situated over a bar which is not apparent and it is noisy until way after midnight

Superb

Great location, clean and cozy flat. Got everything you need.

Mugs in the dishwasher weren't clean. Coffee machine had used capsule in it. Whoever was supposed to clean the flat didn't do a property job.

Central location and very quiet a real bonus

Location was excellent and so central to everything but surprisingly quiet for where it was quick response to queries comfortable bed

Heating not working on arrival on very cold night - resolved after a few queries as boiler initially not working

Just great. would highly recommend the apartment to anyone.

Everything was fine, the apartment was clean, comfy and pleasant to stay in. All needed appliances were there, the location is fantastically good to see the city.

Central Oxford staycation

Amazing central location with included secure parking space. Lovely sized bedrooms with great living room space for enjoying evenings with friends or family.

Shower screen leaks and so bathroom floor can get a bit wet. But otherwise great bathroom with super strong shower that gets lovely and warm.

Lovely location, comfortable apartment.

Accommodation was in a super convenient location and facilities were good.

The fridge, freezer and cupboards hadn't been emptied and the kitchen tap design meant you couldn't run hot water from it - the handle hit the wall. The owners were super responsive about the fridge / freezer and offered to resolve it mid stay. As it was a short stay, we declined.

Oxford was great but events at the accommodation caused to much stress at the start.

The accommodation was very nice and it was in a good location

The smoke detector was beeping when we arrived, I don't think it was dealt with very well, we were told at first that they couldn't get anyone to sort it until the Saturday, I explained it wasn't acceptable as it would keep us awake all night, also the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. We didn't expect this especially as the cost of accommodation certainly wasn't budget.

Very adequate for a short stay.

Great location, Very easy access with added bonus of safe space for one car at the local underground car park. The flat is comfortable and has a nice feel. Soundproofing is very good too.

mattress and bedding could be improved. The flat needs a bit of TLC. Overhead shower coming off the wall, loo seat not properly fixed. Could be made to be more homely.

Could not fault the property. Clean to perfection, decorated beautifully. Attention to the small details and the welcome sweets were greatly appreciated! The location is perfect too.

Excellent property and great location, clean and comfortable.I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.

Would have been nice to have some instructions on the heating, and maybe some sort of welcome pack about the apartment and area.
