About this apartment rental

Great ground floor condo with private entrance on the Beach side of A1A Beach Blvd. 1300 sf of indoor living space, and over 600 sf of patio space. Master en-suite has King bed, bedroom 2 queen bed, bedroom 3 two twins, and the living room has sleeper sofa. Great for familys of all ages and wheelchair accessible to boot. Just one little step into the shower! The morning sun washes across the 30 foot wide patio to start each day. Living room and master both open onto this patio. The queen room opens to an additional smaller patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Unit is tastefully appointed, and comes fully furnished with everything to make your vacation worry free. Make sure you take a stroll around the zero entry pool on your way to the Ocean. Community also boasts a heated pool and lush landscaping. You'll have a short minute walk to either pool, and a minute more to the sand. Gazebo that over looks the main pool and ocean offer great photo opportunities. Community is equipped with horseshoe pits, BBQ grills, bocce court, and plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Our unit is equipped with beach chairs, coolers, skim and boogie boards, and a beach cart to get it all to the beach. You will also find pool and beach toys for the little ones. Ingenuity Smart and Simple Playard, (Portable crib) available on request. New 4 burner grill provided for all guests on our main patio. Monthly rates available, contact us for details. Our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. We appreciate the unit is on the ground floor and really enjoy sitting on the patio having a meal or snack. The gas grill is a plus! The unit is roomy and clean. The hosts have furnished it comfortably. The kitchen has most any dish or tool you need for preparing a meal. The complex is in a nice location, close to several restaurants and stores. We find it as an ideal location when we visit St. Augustine.

We loved our stay at St. Augustine! The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The owners are highly responsive and were kind enough to set up a baby gate for us on the patio and provide a pack n play. Perfect condo and condo community for families!

This property & its owners were a dream. We had multiple generations from 3 states to enjoy our daughter’s graduation from UF. The pre-stay communication was helpful & informative. The condo was clean, organized, welcoming & in the perfect location. The kitchen was probably better equipped than most people’s homes. We had a minor maintenance issue & it was taken care of immediately and efficiently. The only regret we had was not knowing about this location when she started at UF 4 years ago!! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you!!

We LOVED our stay here. It was super clean, close to the beach and pool, and really comfortable. The hosts were the nicest we have ever dealt with - they have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend!!

We love the pools and proximity to the ocean. Guest bathroom could use some updates. Twin mattresses need to be replaced. Overall we had a great time.

Had a very nice relaxing family vacation. Very convenient to the beach and several restaurants. Would recommend this condo to everyone. Owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Home comes with everything you need and more.

Our stay was wonderful! The location couldn't be beat! We loved the lanai and spent every evening and morning out there. Loved the beach, the pools and the proximity to everything we wanted. Restaurants, breweries, groceries etc. Highly recommend Santiago's next door at the Guy Harvey. Will come back and visit in the future!

We loved the property and the condo. Everything we could possibly need was supplied and the owner was extremely helpful. It was great to have all the beach equipment. The extra large porch was good for gathering and relaxing.The entire family said they would like to return!

Description matched reality. Very clean property, excellent and easy and preemptive communication with owners. Lots of pool toys and games in the house. Kitchen was a great size and not cramped. Patio is huge and so convenient for bringing everything and everyone from the beach. Not noisy at all. Parking lot is very close (great for loading and unloading with ease for a large family). Beach entry pool is a 1 min walk, beach is 2 min ( through the condo property, paved path, super easy). Would highly recommend.

We all loved this condo and the location. The patio allowed for a private outdoor space for us to be outside with our 21-month-old grandson. The condo is very well stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella and a cart. Our hosts were so very welcoming and hospitable. Plenty of space for 4 adults and the baby. I would definitely recommend this condo to other families. Thanks so much to our hosts.

First time in St Augustine was great! The property was well kept, the location to the pools and beach were very convenient. Condo was well stocked. Towels were new and fluffy and the beds were comfortable. Only minor inconvenience were closet door tracks need repair, the dryer was a bit slow to dry, and the back lock could use repair as it was difficult to lock. Overall great place and would recommend!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this fabulous property to experience Christmas in St Augustine. Easy access to both beach and old town. Our hosts even provided a Christmas tree to help our family enjoy our week together. Additional features of this lovely property include: well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, everything you need for the beach, and secure and plentiful parking. Every year three of my friends and I take a girls trip to recharge. The condo was clean, quiet, a short walk (2 minutes or less) to the ocean, and convenient to downtown Saint Augustine and other attractions.

This unit and this host were outstanding. The unit is on the ground floor making access easy. One person in our group has trouble walking. We were able to park just steps from the door. There is a large patio where we enjoyed having coffee in the morning or dinner at night. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet from outside noise during our stay. The living area had a large TV with comfortable seating. I found the kitchen to have items to prepare full meals. I was very pleased. It is my opinion the host has really put effort in to provide the things useful to a guest. Be it a variety of pans to prepare meals to books to enjoy while you relax. The host was responsive when I reached out. The complex is nice and maintained nicely. It is in an area that is easy to access and has restaurants and shops close by. I truly enjoyed staying at this unit and would book it again.

The location and large outside patio enhanced our visit to St Augustine. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. We had plenty of room to gather with family in a very well equipped and comfortable place. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Thanks CJ for helping us with our stay. The property is older, but well maintained and well equipped. Look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful well equipped 3br condo in a development with 2 pools and a very short walk to the beach with no stairs. Great for anyone with mobility issues and for a family with children and/or small dogs. Extremely well equipped kitchen with lots of extras like batteries, light bulbs, hand tools, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach! Huge patio with evening shade for enjoying the ocean breeze. Hosts were extremely responsive before, during and after our trip. We will be back!
