The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a secret passageway to the bunk room, perfect for the kids.
Conveniently located, you can easily walk to excellent restaurants and shops or bike around exploring the area. Don't forget to enjoy the convenience of the hot/cold outdoor shower and make use of the provided beach cruiser bikes stored in the garage. If you need additional bikes/equipment, you can rent them from driftersrentals.com and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep.

- In the living room, you'll find a spacious sectional couch in front of the TV with cable for your entertainment.

- Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, and there’s a desk and chair providing a comfortable laptop-friendly workspace in the living room.

- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with all that you’d need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. We’ve also included a coffee maker to help you get your day started. The modern kitchen boasts a large bar area for additional seating.

- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests as such:

We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.

Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
