Good

The beach is really close and the house is resembling a traditional local farm house. There is a large refrigerator, 4 hob stove and the bedroom is air-conditioned. Beds are super comfy and the linen and towels are superior quality. Good if you're spending your days at the nearby beach.

There was a 13 page pdf file to read in order to get the keys, unlock the doors and windows, checkout, etc. Ok for AirBnB, but definitely not ok for Booking. We had to spend quite a bit of time to manage to turn on the lights in the outside BBQ, following all the instructions on the pdf and also talking to our kind (remote) host over messaging app. After a lot of back and forth switching circuit breakers and following instructions, we had our glass of wine with the torch from our phones. In all, not good if you're looking for a turnkey, easy holiday. There's work to open and close the house every time you leave and there's also a bit of back and forth involved to turn on the water heater, turn on the outside lights, etc.

disappointing and overpriced I wouldn’t recommend it

The traditional decor and the stone building

Unfortunately the experience we had on the property was not as pleasant as expected. The representative of the company managing the property was very attentive and he communicated well in advance information regarding self check in and the location of the property. Though it would be highly appreciated sharing the information with us that internet was unavailable and there is no 4G coverage. So when we arrived there was no way to reach him in order to ask some questions regarding the property. The distance mentioned from the beach is unrealistic as it’s a 5 minute drive from the property to the beach, the road though is in a good shape and can be reached even with a regular car. Additionally the overall size of the property is incorrect as it’s way smaller than 100sqm 2 bedrooms with the bathrooms fitted in the bedrooms no door to separate those spaces and a small kitchen in the middle as a buffer zone. Lastly I would not recommend this property and iam not gonna visit it again.

We stayed around three weeks at this accomondation, which is only few steps from the (almost private) beach. Our two kid

great location close to the sea high quality equipment very compfortable beds

for longterm stay a washing mashine would be a plus

Beautiful stone house in completely secluded position in the valley behind Orkos beach. Very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. A great place.

We loved everything about the place! Excellent service. The host was really helpful at any time we needed him. Also very relaxed about the time we arrive or leave. He left us things to use in the house. Everything we might have needed, we found it! The house was excellent!
