Perfect in every way

Fantastic apartment. Very spacious. Very nice decor/ well appointed. Very clean. Plenty of place for clothes. It had everything I needed. It felt very much like a home - it was a pleasure to come back to after a day out. Very comfortable bed (not too hard). 3 fantastic balconies - one mainly for drying clothes, one off the bedroom with a small table and 2 chairs, and one very big one off the living room with a dining table and 4 chairs. Very good location - close to the beach, close to busses, trams, and airport bus, and close to shops/cafees/restaurants. But in a very quiet residential area, so no noise/traffic noise at night; I slept well with the balcony door open. Easy check-in/check-out (in person) and very good communication with owner.

11/10 - truly BRILLIANT apartment !

Everything was tremendous ! Location, apartment, cleanliness, facilities, equipment, three balconies 🤯, neighbourhood 😍 - 11/10 ! We had an amazing time - dear Efi, thank you so much for your hospitality! 🍀 We'll be back for sure, and recommend this place to all of our family & friends!

Was in the second floor, with a lift that comes inside the apartment, so, you cannot use it, unless you are accompanied by the hostess. My mother in law has health issues and was not easy to use the stairs. The stairs are helical without any handrail. You are not safe of you have nothing to catch. The hostess was surprised that I asked her about the lift and for a few minutes I had doubts that I saw wrong “lift” in the property description. Later i confirmed, that it was referred clearly: “lift”. No other explanation. Additionally, if you need to order food or anything else and they bring it to you, you can not open the main entrance and have someone come up to bring it. You have to go down the same stairs and pick it up from the street.

Nice place

Nice place probably not the best for a family of 4, really clean and modern and the location is amazing.

Too modern for us, the lights and shutters way too complicated!

Superb

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with large balcons and bright rooms. The person who accepted us very kind. The position is fantastic, in a silent area, but near bus station , so to reach simply the centre of the city.

Great stay for a family

Great location near the beach. The owner was kind enough to allow for a late check out so we could enjoy Athens a little longer. The appartment was quite big and had a lot of amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher, which come in handy when you travel with children. There was even a big terrace where we could have our breakfast and a great bakery nearby.

Amazing apartment, clean, spacious and luxurious. Located in one of the most comvenient areas in Athens as it combines speedy access to the seaside as well as the main avenues for the southern suburbs and the city center. Totally recommended...

Detailed review

This property is a gem. It is located just a few meters from the sea and the best beach Athens has to offer and very very close to the Alimos, quiet, central market. The house itself is very well equipped, having more smart home features than I have seen in any rental, centrally controlled lighting, front door, intercoms. It looks like a place that someone would stay for longer periods. The road in front of the property is calm and quiet, the insulation is awesome. There are air-conditioning devices, two TVs one with pre-installed Netflix and the owners are awesome people who live nearby in case you need anything. I hope I covered most of the things. Enjoy Alimos!

Newly renovated apartment in Alimos, with balcony, great bed, kitchen, internet and air conditioning. Very modern. Great location, next to transport, beach 5 min, restaurants and supermarket 5 min. As beautiful as shown in the photos. Fantastic host, very helpful - I will definitely be back soon. Much appreciated for your hospitality and great apartment!!
