This is a very well-managed property with cordial and attentive hosts. The layout was ideal for our group of 14 from 4 families. The proximity to Arches, Dead Horse, and Canyonlands was extremely convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and expected. Highly recommended!

We cooked all our meals. Had just about everything we needed. Could have used a couple more baking glass cookware.
One thing I really liked was their “as you leave” policy. Usually these VRBO’s have you strip all the beds and bring all the linen and towels to the laundry. It was nice not to have to do that. And that is the way it should be with the price of the cleaning fee.
The trash receptacle was a bit out the way. We had to cram the bags into our already filled vehicle and drive over there. Other than that we had a great time.

Perfect setup for a large group of friends and family in town for mountain biking and bouldering. The location is easy to get to and there was plenty of room for excess vehicle parking between the garage, driveway, and street. The garage was fantastic to have for space to keep bikes. This is the best stocked vacation rental I have been to - kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and linens. The bedroom setup was hands down the best option for everyone having their own bed to sleep in. The place is very clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out communication and process were smooth. We would definitely stay at this property again. Everyone was happy with the accomodations. Thank you for making such a great group space available for rent!

Kitchen very well stocked with lots of dishes, pans and cooking equipment. Over the top friendly and helpful renters. Great value for the money. Master bedroom was very large and comfortable. Bathroom and closet every big and well designed. We all were very comfortable and had a great stay - I would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Everything was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean, the manager was awesome and great to work with, the welcome basket was a nice touch, it was really fun to have some bikes to cruise around town on. Overall an amazing experience!

We had 3 small families stay together and it was prefect for us. Each family had a room to ourselves and we shared meals together. Being able to cook together brought us closer. There was adequate plates and utensils, we had bbq two nights. We would certainly stay here again. The kids loved playing under the stairs.

This rental was as advertised and very nice. Clean, modern, with plenty of room to accommodate a group. Garage was spacious for bike and toy storage with a hose to wash down your equipment, if needed. Location was close to town. If you are going to take any of the Poison Spider bike shuttles, this unit is close enough to ride your bike to their pick up lot (5 minute ride). I recommend this spot.

The condo was wonderful! It was a perfect size for our group of 14. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. Will Be Back Again
Everything worked out great! The rooms were clean, and the condiments and spices in the kitchen were appreciated for meal prepping. I believe the full bunk room with the twin trundle got a little warm at night, so something to keep an eye on for HVAC maybe if others mention the same experience. Also, the check out process was on the tablet by the door and emailed to me, but admittedly I had tried to locate it in the VRBO app when we checked out, without checking my email. We tried to use our best process of critical thinking to mindfully check out without too much issue and found the check out directions in my inbox / on the tablet on our way out. Apologies for this. Maybe a text or app message would help others. The pool, hot tub, grill, bikes were all wonderful bonuses to the house. Thank you again!
