Great value for money

If you expect sea view, or a green forest with birds tjilping... do not book it. For all other issues... a fantastic value for money deal and great place to stay and sleep. Bonus: close to the lake. We recommend it.

Mon pire cauchemar

A part la chambre le reste est détestable

Située le long d une grande route circulation abominable la chambre se situe au dessus d une pompe à essence et petit bar le tout ferme à 14hr et ferme le dimanche donc rien pour boire n y manger pas de café pas de petit déjeuner et pas de magasins au alentours aucun personnel inexistant vous êtes livré à vous même cette établissement est une belle arnaque pour trouver l endroit personnes ne connaît même le gps

Bellissima stanza, arredata bene, spaziosa, con terrazzo bello grande. Pulizia impeccabile. Per due notti sotto capodanno è stata perfetta. Eravamo vicini a piedi al paese dei balocchi e alle sue attrazioni principali. Quindi senza nemmeno spostare la macchina. Top il parcheggio al coperto sotto alla camera. Ottima posizione davanti al centro commerciale e ad un altro supermercato. Diversi ristorantini anche molto carini nelle vicinanze. Punti in più per l'autonomia del check in e out perché dotata di apertura con codice, sia la stanza che il garage.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, la nostra stanza aveva la porta d'entrata penso rotta o difettosa. Non era chiusa del tutto diciamo. Perché ogni volta che qualcuno apriva la porta principale che conduce alle varie stanze, la nostra porta "ballava" facendo rumore.Rischiando di svegliare il piccolo di un anno che già dorme per miracolo. E ovviamente non facendola più essere insonorizzata, quindi abbiamo sentito tutta la sera e tutta la notte la porta principale aprirsi, chiudersi, la gente che parla nei corridoi, ecc... Però credo sia un problema temporaneo che ripareranno perché si vedeva che la porta era stata "forzata" precedentemente e quindi va sostituita.

Very minimalistic, clean and tidy. Nice manager too, bought us some breakfast before we left.

The bathroom seems hard to heat up, with the radiator on it still felt a little cold in there(could just be because its winter) Bigger Tv would be nicer too, but not essential.

Guter Aufenthalt in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Gute Lage an einer Zufahrtsstraße zur Stadt Como. Von der Autostrada gut zu erreichen. Tankstelle direkt vor dem Haus. Sicheres Parken in hauseigener Tiefgarage. Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig, einfache aber neuwertige Ausstattung, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit, gute Innenbeleuchtungen, problemloses w-lan, kleine Snacks und Espresso zum Frühstück im Tankshop erhältlich. Bestens geeignet für Zwischenstopps oder Kurzaufenthalte.

Keine Sitzmöglichkeit u. Tisch, um mit einem Notebook zu arbeiten.

Excellent, loved it

The room was spacious, comfortable and modern with the added bonus of a balcony. The room had all the required facilities - kettle, hairdryer, fridge /cooler, air con. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean. Short walk to good restaurants and Lake Como. The staff were really helpful despite the language barrier, they were excellent

On a main road so there was some traffic noise when on the balcony but not noticeable in our room. The cafe bar closed early evening, it would have been nice if it had been opened longer

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e bella struttura

Struttura molto carina, pulita, nuova e camere spaziose. Bagno e doccia top. Accesso completamente autonomo tramite un codice a tempo che ti viene rilasciato dopo la prenotazione. Le camere si trovano al primo piano ma c'è l'ascensore. Nelle vicinanze c'è un centro commerciale ed un McDonalds.

Potevano regalare una bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigobar.

The View, and room accessibility. I use a wheelchair so the most important thing was that I could be comfortable. I was.

I couldn't get the heat to turn on so was cold at nights. The remote for the heat didn't do anything.
