Pas mal

L’emplacement de l appartement est parfait pour profiter de Valence ! Les chambres sont très grandes et la literie est bonne. L’appartement était propre et le propriétaire toujours à l’écoute.

Malheureusement nous avons croisé tous les jours des blattes dans la cage d’escalier. Le Canapé est en très mauvais état et pas confortable. Les ustensiles de cuisine manquent vraiment. 3 cuillères à dessert, 4 verres …

Muy buena estadía. El apartamento es lindo yo repetiría.

La limpieza, el dueño que estuvo pendiente de que pudiéramos hacer el check in bien, el apto estaba muy limpio

Se bajó la luz varias veces, la entrada a la finca (edificio) estaba sucia, no había licuadora y la nevera muy pequeña, el barrio no es muy lindo, pero no da miedo.

Felt unsafe - place needs some attention

It was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host/agent

It wasn’t safe! The sliding patio doors opened onto a balcony on the main road and the door lock was broken. We reported it and was told it was too difficult to have a handyman fix it over the weekend but to “rest assured - nothing alarming has happened in the neighbourhood”. We told them we were two female friends staying alone and couldn’t sleep because we were scared and didn’t feel safe, but still they did nothing. We tried to block the door from sliding with a broomstick. Terrible way to be treated! No tea towel to dry dishes. No mat on bathroom floor. One wine glass only. Loads of noise from the street. One shutter broken. The only positive is that it was clean. Definitely would not go back.

Not bad

I liked the location it is great and connected to all the monuments by bus, metro or walking distance.

There was a mold smell in tje living room where one of the beds were. The towels provided need to be shanged with new ones because every single one had make up (washed but stained) More keys are needed. We were 6 people and only one key, so we were always dependant of one another.

Very good

Good location, around 20 minute walk to the City of Arts & Sciences, and 10 minute walk to the Ayora metro from where you can catch metro to other parts of the city. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay, especially in the kitchen.

Place would be crowded for more than 5 people, rooms are big but common area is small. We were 4 and it suited us nicely. Take a couple of towels if staying for a week as only one per person is provided...unless you plan on washing them in the washing machine which is also available. There is no elevator, but apartment is on the first floor. Can get noisy at night.

Passable

The apartment is spacious, situated close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, and within 45 minutes walk from center and the seaside, 9 minutes from metro station and multiple bus stops nearby. The communication with the host was good, he was responsive and check-in was rather easy, operated remotely.

The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor, our bedsheets had hairs on them, probably not changed, and the towels looked unwashed and very used. Toiletries were insufficient (empty shower gel bottle, no kitchen napkins, very limited toilet paper), no proper heating system except air conditioning in some rooms and a aerothermal machine, but the electrical fuses kept dropping constantly when they were in use. The price was much higher than normal due to the Falles Festival, but overall value for money was not great. Also, there are other much nicer looking neighborhoods.

Great place to stay!

The apartment has air conditioner in all the rooms which make the stay more comfortable. The beds were also good and everything was really clean. We had an issue with the shower and in the same day they came to repair. Plus, it has a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartment is in front of a bus station, so you can easily go to the old town and to the beach. There’s also a TV with Netflix/Prime. Worth the value!

Nothing to complain.
