About this villa rental
THE VILLA
Spacious apartment in one of the most representative monument protected manor houses in Offenbach, near the main station and the Main. Through its unique beautiful architecture and design, the hotel offers a pleasant living experience.
Representative mansion / villa in the center of the city, former city and luxury villa of a leather goods manufacturer in Offenbach am Main. Dating back to the 19th century. Inside and outside is a listed building and a historic cultural monument of the city. Surrounded by parkland in the center of the city.
Free parking spaces are located in the immediate side streets. The Parkhaus Waldstrasse 44 is a 1-minute walk away.
The green residence is an environmentally friendly residential project by guests to deal responsibly with the energy and the resources available. The equipment of the apartment
includes modern energy-saving systems and illustrates the easy handling in everyday life. We are not a hotel but a unique guest house.

CHECK IN:
Please contact us in time, at least 2 days before your arrival, by message. We require your desired check-in time. So we can make an appointment together, where we will gladly show you the accommodation.
Our check-in times are between 15 and 20 o'clock. If you wish a CHECK-IN after 8.00 pm, you will be charged an extra charge of 10 € per hour, which will be charged in cash and payable locally.
Unfortunately we do not have a reception on site.
Our office is located in the property, guests can contact us every day.

Hauptbahnhof and Bussbahnhof located about 1-minute walk. Very good connection to the city motorway A661, A5 and A3. Direct connection to the airport by S-Bahn and DB German railway.
Taxi rank 1 minute's walk away.
Bike rental on request, 5.00 Euro per day.
Supermarket Norma is just 150 meters away, and the 24 car park.

The host for this property was very helpful and responsive. So was the person who checked us in. They were very accommodating. The property is great for a bigger group. Plenty of bedrooms, dining room table, and small kitchen. The beds were uncomfortable and they definitely need more towels. The property is close to a train station. There aren't a lot of restaurants near by.

Too Many Stairs No Elevator!! 4th floor and no Air conditioning.

There were 7 in my group so we had enough beds.
Really enjoyed the rooms. The building is very charming and old. Didn’t know we would be walking up 6 flights of stairs with heavy luggage though. No lift on site. We really appreciated the fans in the rooms as it got pretty warm without air movement. One of the coffee makers didn’t work but there was one that did and we appreciated it. They were nice to provide coffee, sugar and cream.
Don’t count on doing laundry. The machine is a washer dryer combo and takes forever to do one little load.
The one shower was good and bathroom spacious. The other bathroom ok if you like to just take baths.
Close enough to Van Gogh Museum to walk which was nice. Found a couple of places to eat nearby but definitely make reservations.
All in all the property was clean and decent enough for the couple of nights we stayed.

Besuch zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr
Die Schlafzimmer in der Villa sind geräumig, sauber und die Betten sind gut. Das Wohnzimmer ist eher von sehr kleiner Größe. Leider ist die Lage der Villa gegenüber dem abgewrackten Bahnhof nicht schön, das angrenzende Geschäftsviertel mit vielen Billigläden wirkt auch nicht gerade einladend. Allerdings sind die Restaurants am nahe gelegenen Wilhelmsplatz durchaus zu empfehlen.

Schönes Gebäude mit klasse Lage
Das Gebäude ist sehr schön, wenn auch nicht ganz leicht zufinden, zumal es in keinem gerade verkehrsberuhigtem Bereich liegt. Daher kommt allerdings die gute Lage, da man in 2 min am Bahnhof und in 15 min an der U-Bahnstation ist. Daher war die Unterbringung ideal um täglich nach Frankfurt rein zufahren. Die Übernahme verlief ohne Probleme und die Zimmer waren in einem super Zustand. Das schöne Bad mit großer Dusche und ein getrenntes WC, sowie ein Aufenthaltsraum und Esszimmer, sorgen auch bei größerer Personenanzahl für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Norma, so dass man sich auch eindecken kann mit dem Nötigsten.
Würde das Apartment jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem besonderen Haus
Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit insgesamt 9 Personen in diesem interessanten Haus.
Das Haus selber bietet einen spannenden Einblick in die Geschichte, genau so wie erwartet bei einem Altbau.
Der Empfang durch den Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und informativ.
Die Wohnung selber bietet guten Komfort, 2 getrennte Badezimmer, eine gut ausgestatte Küche sowie 4 vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit viel Platz. Das 5. Schlafzimmer liegt hinter einem der 4 Schlafzimmer, dies steht zwar auch so in der Beschreibung, wir hatten es aber anscheinend überlesen...
Moderne Fenster ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf, obwohl man direkt am Bahnhof sowie in der Einflugschneise von Frankfurt wohnt.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist super, nur die Parkplatzsituation direkt am Haus ist eher mäßig. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten befindet sich ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus, welches man unbedingt mit einplanen sollte, sofern man mit eigenem Kfz anreist.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
