Everything on inside was excellent, and it was immaculate. It was beautiful, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was just so nice and well. Kept I give it 5 stars.

Clean, spacious! Comfortable!

Water pressure on showers is really low!! And we couldn't just close the door, it had to be locked for it to be able to close!

Overall for our first trip we were very happy.

Was not aware that breakfast was available. The gate men were extremelykind. Our space was very clean. We felt very safe in our space. Loved how spacious the villa was.

Needed an iron was not sure who to ask. The water pressure was very poor hard ton wash long hair.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone

No breakfast - location sucksbecause nothing in walking distance.

Overall the place is nice if you want to deal with the inconveniences

The jacuzzi was not hot and was dirty. Both Heater on Condos H103 & H203 were broken. We came in the beginning on February so it’s still cold. We asked the guard for the basketball for the court and he had said someone had popped it. The train passes by 3 times at night.

The location on Fremont Boulevard was good for my purposes. Also access from the parking area to the unit was easy.

The couch was very uncomfortable for watching movies, or just sitting. The patio furniture was also not comfortable . The bed was very stiff and hard....... Only minimal amount of utensils and dishes for the kitchen. New blender and coffee maker however no toaster...... as for the facilities the Jacuzzis were not working at the time I was there, one was completely drained and the other the water was murky and the Jets did not work. The workout room was not very nice, did not look like anybody was using it much.

I called to repair the stove because it was making noise, fixed yesterday and today @4am same thing.

No breakfast was order. We cooked our own breakfast.

The pool area. It was not updated. The floor was broken and made you walk uncomfortable.

The pool wasn't to clean , yes they clean it Tuesday when we checked out.that was the down side.also they had construction going on on the top condo. But only loud music around mid day

My kids were over the top happy with the place and most importantly, they were happy with Daddy.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time there. It was very relaxing, quiet and comfortable!

Good secure location with nice amenities such as pool and restaurants nearby!

The A/C in a portion of the house was not working.

Gorgeous facilities, great location! We enjoyed our stay.

There is an entry gate always staffed by a watchman. They expected our arrival, opened the gate, and provided the key for us.

More toilet paper for a large family in a multi-bedroom apartment. Caracoles Home quickly and easily provided more, but we had to ask.

We have travel the world and enjoyed our stay at Caracoles more than anywhere we have been.

We did not have the breakfast. We arrived late and the office was closed. However we were told to connect with the guard at the gate and he would take us to our room. Incredible service. The room was spacious, super clean and had all the amenities. Everything was far beyond our expectations.

One morning our neighbors blasted music that could be heard for blocks. My husband went tot he office and asked that someone tell them to turn down or off the music. That was done within a few minutes. We were cautious not to approach the neighbors ourselves as they looked like very unsavory characters. They also threw beer cans and trash outside their condo. That situation was remedied immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days and will definitely come back.

It's a gated community, had to pay $50 to replace a weathered hammock that ripped when I got on it.

Facility needs lots of work in order to have a comfortable stay

The security of the guards were nice and helpful and beds were comfortable.

Cleaning ladies were rude, towels filthy and smelly drainage rooms, air conditioning in master bedroom not working, jacuzzi water was cold, water heater was off.

The pool area was beautiful. Staff was friendly.

Further from the ocean areas. The public beaches were hard to find parking and we assumed minutes away meant walking distance. We were not directed to Bonita Beach? Just saw this below. The majority of the site seemed to be under construction? It felt isolated. Not easy to walk anywhere.

Superb

We enjoyed the stay , it was really calm and Family oriented. The security at the door made us feel at ease. I would stay there again. Staff was always available.

The only thing my parents complained about was the master bedroom AC was not functioning properly.
