Truly relaxing

Location and our rooms view is perfect Staffs were pleasant and nice Bed is comfortable Room is spacious

Hard to close our door without smashing hard .. Shower hard to control hot / cold water

Wasn’t able to get good nights sleep with the room next to me partying and fighting all night till 3am I called security but nothing happened so I’m done with you guys!👎

Front Desk y valent Parking super amables, excelente trato a cliente.

Area del Takito (restaurant en la alberca del hotel) solo, descuidado, meseros muy lentos, trato muy por debajo del promedio. ( No recuerdo el nombre). En general todo muy bien, a excepcion de esa area.

I had a medical emergency after 2 night so I had to checkout and go home on the fourth day. I hated to leave!

Otherwise our stay was very quit peaceful and comfortable

Breakfast wasn't included. As for location it was great. The view from our room was expectacular.

The room needs alot of upgrades. We tried using one of the beds facing the beach when a security officer approached us and let us know we were to pay separately for it. I believe for the price we paid all amenities at hotel should be included

Beautiful Hotel. right on the beach... very helpful and friendly staff... free valet parking next to Hotel... best food at Maxs across the street!

every issue we had we were made to feel like it was our fault. Terrible hospitality.

property was clean. Staff was rude when it came to issues we were having with hot water and the TV is not working. They continue to tell us we were wrong even though we were not.

A vacation short of perfect.

From beginning to end, entrance to exit, this resort experience was better than expected. Albeit not having enough time to enjoy all of the amenities, we still observed everything in great condition, safe and secure, and fun environment. The experience is pricey, especially the beer at the hotel, but other than that, it was one of the best travel experiences thus far.

The price of beer is steep.
