THE COMMUNITY
Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. The city is also surrounded by three major mountain ranges, the Selkirk, Cabinet and Bitterroot ranges providing spectacular views all year round.
There is a centrally located clubhouse, also known as The Retreat, where our staff will warmly welcome you to the property and show you to your condo or townhome. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including the Wildflower Spa at Seasons, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a marina with boat slips available for rent.
THE MARINA
The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome.
THE POOL & HOT TUB
The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain.
PRIVATE BEACH
Our private beach allows you to swim in the lake and play in the sand without having to leave the property. Our staff can also assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of your day.
AL FRESCO DINING AREAS
We have al fresco dining areas complete with grills and seating so you can enjoy a lovely meal with family and friends while taking in the amazing views. You can reserve 2-hour increments with our staff prior to your arrival or upon check-in.
THE RESIDENCES
We have a variety of different sized-residences available for rent, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. Each residence has an open floorplan and private balconies overlooking the lake. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer.
This 3-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 7 guests with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom with a full-sized mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. There are two full bathrooms, with the master bathroom being private.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
A formal Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signature within 24 hours of booking. This must be completed within 48 hours of receiving to confirm and hold a reservation.

Condo #7205 was fantastic and my family and I had a great time. We were there for the 4th of July week, and Sandpoint was such a great place to celebrate. The condo is in a great location. Quick walk to town, heated pool, and a private beach. We thought it would be crowded given the week but it never felt that way. The condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!!

Really enjoyed this condo and location. Clean and comfortable. With a nice sized balcony that we took advantage of. Right at the edge of the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Loved having a designated parking spot. The spot assigned is right next to a pole but we were able to carefully back into it with a large pickup. The garage clearance is 7’ so no problem for large vehicles. I very much appreciated the normal bedding with a sheet, blanket and fully encased duvet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

While we understand that vacation rentals are a bit difficult to keep up, but the basics such as clean carpet, rugs and floors, working TV’s and internet access should be the standard.

Beautiful Condo!
This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. We did stay for several days and the coffee maker was broken on arrival, they never fixed it or brought a new one. They did say they would.
Overall it was a great place and we would definitely come back. The staff at the main building were so accommodating and friendly!

We have lived in this condo for almost 10 months and have nothing but positive things to say. Fully stocked kitchen, unbelievably comfy beds, giant tv in the living room and bedrooms, ample space, high end everything, and the most incredible view in Sandpoint. We felt like we were living at the 4 Seasons Resort. I can not recommend this condo and the whole Seasons complex enough. Pool, hot tub, gym, private beach and marina, walking distance to town; this exclusive community has it all. Elite Alliance was super easy to work with throughout our stay. We are sad to leave this little paradise.

Amazing
Walking into the property for the first time and seeing a view of the lake is something we will never forget! The Seasons is a great location right next to City Beach. NOTE - the private beach has better sand than the city beach! We learned that if we ask the property manager they would start a bonfire for us to make s'mores! Every person we met at the Seasons (owners or renters) were very friendly and welcoming! Oru littel girls loved the place, and we will be back! Thanks for everything!

When we arrived there was a very strong Oder of curry. We tried using air fresheners but it didn’t helpvermuch. The oder was so strong thT when we got home we could still smell it on our suitcases and other belongings.we couldn’t believe that it would in bed it self onto our belongings.
I love to eat curry,but not smell it in a condo or on should definitely be a concern for the owners if they are trying to rent this unit.

Our whole family had great time stay in the condo. Had just enough room for a family of 5. Great views of frozen lake and snow covered Cabinet mountains. The fitness center was put together nicely.

Lovely stay.
We enjoyed the quiet condo with lovely furnishings! The beds were very comfortable and the furniture seemed very new.
Lots of dishes and pots and pans helped us prepare a meal as well. We went swimming, walked to restaurants and enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful lake.
It was a relaxing weekend!
