This beautiful beachside home will steal your heart and keep you coming back for more.
Situated on a big leafy block, making you feel tucked away in a private oasis, however being only minutes drive from all Down South has to offer.
Everyone can relax in comfort with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 3 living areas and heaps of outdoor space to provide options for all occasions.
The expansive main living room, dining and kitchen overlook a wonderful grassy backyard & pool that will provide your family with endless enjoyment.
A dream kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, including induction cooktop & a dishwasher in the butlers pantry. The laundry room with washer located off the kitchen as well as a separate toilet.
Reverse cycle air conditioning is provided in the main living area. There is also a large wood fire that will be a welcome extra comfort in Winter and also provides heat to the downstairs bedrooms via vents. Ceiling fans are provided in 3 of the downstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs is completed by another separate lounge room, 4 queen size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite with toilet, the other is the main family bathroom with separate toilet).
Upstairs provides just another level of quality to this gorgeous home. You are greeted by another large living room with bar area including a small fridge. Look outside over the treetops and you can catch glimpses of our turquoise bay.
There are two expansive bedroom suites upstairs, both with ocean glimpses through the trees - one a King bedroom with huge walk in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double vanity & separate toilet. The other has a Queen size bed, walk in robe & ensuite shower and vanity plus a separate toilet.
Upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the living area.
On the balcony you can sit out for hours feeling nestled amongst the tree-tops.
The location is perfect with the beach only a stroll across the road, as well as a quality boat ramp. A few minutes drive away there are shops to get all your necessities. Otherwise the Busselton CBD is only 8 minutes drive away.
Ample parking for 4-5 cars is available.

We loved our stay in this home, was clean , great location, and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Could have done with a couple of extra blankets as the weather was cold and perhaps have some wood chopped for the fireplace. Overall , we would highly recommend this property

This property was clean. For the cost per night it was of a somewhat lower standard compared to other venues we have stayed at. There was a lack of homeliness to the property, no nice touches, artwork, rugs, or welcoming feeling. The kitchen cupboards were a nightmare to negotiate. There was only heating to the back of house living area. The quality of the paintwork and property up keep needed attention. There was one comfortable bed and however many others were rickety, or just of poor quality.
On leaving the property the owners charged an extra $83 on top of the $545 as they claimed there was dog hair throughout the property!!
Note there are others with similar reviews to this for the property, and the owners gave a testy response.

Clean, spacious with lots of places for people to find a quiet corner. Good facilities although dishwasher is confusing to use. Beds are comfortable and linen clean. Place for kids to play outside, pool is warm, 3 x TV and lounge areas to choose from. A very short walk to the beach. Recommended

We had 3 families come together for a group family holiday - the property was perfect in terms of size and location. The pool was fabulous when it was too hot to have young children at the beach. There was enough space so we didn't feel crowded. Location is very good.

I give one star for our stay in this home!! Unfortunately this wasn’t fun at all because of the dishonesty of the provider.
1. Not clean.
2. Some of the appliances weren’t working.
3. Poor lighting.
4. Unbelievable old lounges.
5. Most mornings we were disturbed by the tradesman’s noise which was conducted by the property provider, cleaning the Pool & front yard and Backyard gardening with no permission.
6. In the property description it is clear stated Washing machine and dryer, when we went there was no dryer?
I really hope you can get fixe the above issues, we’ve never had any problems in the past that we booked with Stayz.
This is our feedback for what we have experienced and we must tell you hoping that the next family coming to stay in this home would have a better experience.

The property was clean and spacious. Lots of bedrooms for the family. The kitchen was well equipped and had good appliances. The linen and bedding was good quality and clean. The house was beautiful and the views from the balcony were fantastic. Recommend this property for a big family.

Property was well appointed, great for family get together, well located close to beach, heaps of room and separate areas for all ages. Nice size back yard for kids to play, kids enjoyed the pool despite mild weather.
Things to put on the to do list for owners, the draw mechanisms on kitchen cupboards should be looked at, very frustrating when they keep opening.

Five couples spent three nights during winter, Fireplace and provided wood made for a cosy stay, heat seemed to be flued in to the bedrooms. was quite noisy being such a high vaulted ceiling - door in hallway not working to close off the living area from the bedrooms. Overall a good stay for winter, bedrooms would be hot in Summer without air con in them.

A few things to note for improvement:
Cupboards in the kitchen were extremely frustrating as would not close.
Mattresses on several beds were uncomfortable
Lighting throughout home particularly in the living areas and bathrooms was very dull..

Fantastic location, situated by the beach with sea views from the balcony. Lots of living space on both floors and having 3 ensuite bathrooms provided great comfort to everyone during the stay. TVs having chrome cast was great, we could stream from our phones with no issue and the wifi was good. The pool was in great condition, clean and shallow enough for the kids.
Some room for improvement with the air conditioning, rooms on the ground floor did not have aircon. I would also suggest bringing a few bin bags and chux wipes as there was not many of these items within the kitchen.
All in all, a great place to stay for a weekend away.

We spent 4 nights at Salt with 10 adults and 3 children under 4. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of bathrooms. The property was very clean and fresh when we arrived. There was lots of firewood ready for the log fire (necessary) and the pool looked amazing and although very cold at this time of the year we did test it out. A very enjoyable stay.

This property is one of the best I have stayed at in the southwest. Great location right opposite the beach, on a super quiet street 10mins from Busso centre.
The house itself is massive, so much room, for everyone to enjoy a relaxing break.
We had a group of friends staying together and is perfect for this and I would guess a family with older kids.
Will be booking again for sure.

The number that was given was on the paperwork we printed to stay at the property. We texted to advise but apparently we should have called. The beds are extremely uncomfortable except the King which was nice. Again for the price you are paying you expect a decent nights sleep on a comfortable bed. 1 of the couple's didnt sleep at all. Netflix did not work and the WIFI kept stated it needed a pin. We advised all of this to the property managers however they said they checked everything and we were incorrect. 3 couples all incorrect. I cannot recommend this company or this home and will definately not be using Stayz again.

Enjoyable, but definitely mattresses need to be replaced downstairs.
The stay was enjoyable although the mattresses are very uncomfortable. When you paid a substantial amount of money there is nothing worse than people having to bed hop during the night and resorting to sleeping on the couch because their backs are so sore. My children are in their late 20's and don't have back problems. Definitely needs to be rectified.

This property is located at a quiet location opposite the beach. There is plenty of space and it is light and airy. Great for a family with a pool and grassed area. It has a big kitchen and would suit a large group staying in the one house. The house has nice outdoor seating areas by the pool and upstairs great for boardgames.

Great position. Great property, but with a few drawbacks. 2 bedrooms didn’t have wardrobes. Some of the tourist information was not up to date. No soup spoons, paper towelling or cling wrap in the kitchen. Small number of “starter basics” was annoying! Who wants to buy a whole pack of dishwasher detergent, teabags, coffee, sugar and toilet rolls, when they are only staying for a few days?! I would rather pay a few dollars extra for these things to be made available by owner for the entirety of my stay. I also believe bathroom linen should be included in the price instead of charged for separately. However it was a very spacious and comfortable house close to beautiful Geographe Bay.

Light and modern home close to the beach
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was spacious and modern and just as expected from the photos. Would be great for a summer holiday to be able to enjoy the pool and rooftop terrace (unfortunately was a bit cold during our visit!) but we loved the wood fire. Would definitely recommend to others.
My only suggestion to the property managers would be to provide bath mats and hand towels at no extra cost as well as a few more basic provisions such as milk for tea to make the stay more comfortable :) Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Lovely home with all amenities there was enough room for 12 of us without being on top of one another, but enough room to come together in living areas. We will be back !!
