Beach Colony Resort East 11A is located on the 11th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in one guest bedroom and two queen size beds in the additional guest bedroom, along with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area and a rollaway. This will be your new happy place, as it has been recently upgraded throughout, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, new balcony seating and a table and new living room furniture including a leather rocking/recliner chair. The carpeting has all been replaced with new LVP (pics coming). There are also new UHD televisions and Blu-ray DVD players throughout, along with DirecTV, an Xbox 360 and Netflix capabilities. Video games and movies provided. This lovely condominium has updated coastal décor featuring blues and grays. Upon entering, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer combination on your right. One guest bedroom is located near the entrance and leads to its own private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The additional guest bedroom, on the opposite of the first guest bedroom, also leads into its own private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. Both guest bedrooms boast gorgeous views of the surrounding area and Santa Rosa Sound. The fully-equipped kitchen includes beautiful backsplash and leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a 365-square foot balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with a dining table, couches and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Soak up the sun by taking advantage of beach chairs, boogie boards, along with beach toys, for your use throughout your stay. We also own unit 12B #1539118

Beach Colony Resort is located on the serene beaches of Navarre Beach, offering an array of amenities including fitness facilities, outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic area, a clay tennis court and a shuffleboard court. It boasts an Olympic size pool along with free private covered parking. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps on both ends, perfect for wagons and beach carts. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk to the pier and several restaurants. For those unfamiliar with Navarre Beach I recommend you view the web cam. Google for it as VRBO won't let put in a link.

Enjoy the wonderful culture and cuisine of the local area in Navarre Beach. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk away from the Navarre Beach Pier and the Navarre Beach Science Station. To appease your adventurous side, venture over to the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef and get an up-close glimpse at marine life. Just over the Navarre bridge, you will find a wide variety of local restaurants. Take in the local scenery of the area with the bike rentals available or simply dip your toes in the water and relax.

We had a wonderful family vacation and the condo was perfect for us. Everything was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Having 3 bathrooms was so nice to have. Would definitely stay again!

We have been going to Navarre Beach for years and the Beach Colony is the best place to stay! :) Such a beautiful, clean property. Our favorite part is the spacious, outdoor patio. We had family board games out there almost every night. Thank you so much!!! We highly recommend :)

We had a great stay at this condo! Navarre is by far one of our favorite and most relaxing beaches and this condo did not disappoint. Owner was very responsive and accessible both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We are regular visitors to Navarre Beach and this condo did not disappoint! We were very comfortable during our stay. The only things we noticed when we got there was the kitchen counter had grease on it and the master bath had dirty shoe prints on the floor. These things were not deal breakers for us as the rest of the condo was very clean with provisions for us to clean anything as needed. The balcony was where we spent the most time. There was comfortable seating, the view was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

My family (3 adults and 5 children) stayed in this condo for 3 days. We really enjoyed the condo. The condo was the perfect size for our family and in a great location. My kids enjoyed the games and puzzles provided as well some of the beach toys that are in the owner's closet. There were plenty of toys/beach accessories provided in the closet. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very well equipped - coffee pots, large InstantPot (this came in very handy), many extra blankets & pillows, games, and ample chairs to take down to the beach. One thing to mention - if you want to watch sunrise and/or sunset from the balcony, this is not your rental. To the east is a building blocking the sunrise. And the position in the building makes a western view for sunset impossible. You must go down to the boardwalk to see either. This is not a big deal and access is easy. Scott Hill communicated quickly and easily.

We had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect for our family with 6 adults and one infant. The pool is great and easy access to the beach. One elevator is being replaced so out of order and the working elevator went down for a bit on our first night which was a little stressful but our host and the maintenance dept were very responsive and the problem was fixed by the time we got up the next morning. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed at the Colony East for over 10 years at different rentals. First time at this one and we were not disappointed. Condo was very clean and functional.The only negative was the selector knob on the dryer didn't work so it always dried hot. The Colony maintenance did a very good job of keeping the inside and outside areas clean and functional making for an enjoyable stay.

We love this area and this was a gorgeous property to stay in. The views were beautiful no matter where you were in the condo. The property is very well maintained, and the grounds were kept up well. We loved the big pool each day after going to the beach. The trash chute made taking out the trash very easily! We had a couple of minor issues, the pull out sofa frame needs some repair as well as the rollaway bed frame. The icemaker did not work as well as it should have. Scott was incredible with responding back quickly with questions. We would definitely rent from him again!

Beautiful place to stay. Contacted the owner about a broken wrist band needed to get in the pool. We didn’t get to the condo until late Saturday night so I sent a text on Sunday morning which I didn’t expect a reply until Monday. The property owner replied back within 30 minutes and the problem was resolved. I will definitely use this property owner again. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

The condo location, cleanliness and amenities were beyond what we had hoped for. From waking up each day to walk the pier to going to sleep with the sound of the surf, this condo is nothing short of spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked and the lay out of the condo allows for some peace and quiet as well as community time! Rave reviews from our family!

We loved staying here! The location was great. Our weather was kind of a bummer but we made the best of it. The property itself was comfortable for my husband and I, our two kids and mother in law. The beds were a little harder than we’d like but it was only for a week. Laundry was nice to have on site. We’d stay here again.
