Spectacular Location but value for money no longer

Location is the highlight with the rooftop pool and ocean facing balcony the two reasons to stay here

Service seems to have dropped off since last we stayed a few years ago - staff do not approach you and are not as friendly or customer focused quite often blaming the customer when asked anything or if there’s an issue. The prices are astronomical given the tiny rooms and food is average

We had a marvellous stay in this hotel.

Position, wonderful views, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable large bed, large bathroom, housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

Shuttle system to and from Positano centre was not available all the time.

perfection

utterly amazing location- the views were ridiculous, even when compared to the walk of the gods and the remainder of Positano. An afternoon by the pool was other worldly. The rooms were comfortable, staff impeccable and service second to none. negative reviews concerned me, but they were clearly unfounded. if you are a vaguely reasonable human you will adore your stay at this fabulous hotel.

Very good

All staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially Nadia was great. Roof top is very nice, good dj for sunset, ok selections, great views.

Pool not heated, decor in public areas not my style, room very small but nicely appointed.

the views were nice. the staff were very accommodating. the room cleaning was done well and efficiently.

The breakfast menu was not very good. breakfast start at 7:30am was a little late. The shuttle service was not available between noon and 5pm which was very inconvenient.

Beautiful resort with great amenities with the panoramic view of Positano.

Very modern and curated, beautiful views from public spaces. The shuttle service (and the drivers) truly elevated our experience.

The classic room is quite small, bathroom is cramped. We enjoyed a glass of champagne at the Krug bar but were surprised that there was only 1 champagne by the glass option (we wanted Dom Perignon but it was unavailable).

A nice hotel but overpriced in my opinion.

Nice hotel - lovely staff, but a little cramped and small in places. The rooftop pool is lovely and I quite liked the location out of town a little.

The breakfast was a little hectic and cramped. The rooms are just far too small and the rooms do not feel like 5* standard sadly.
