Very comfortable property . We are family with baby too and katia made sure to make it totally comfortable for us paying attention to smaller details that we may need . Clean comfortable modern with very hospitable and attentive host . Also make a note of the real rain shower in the bathroom and the grand and such well presented breakfast in the balconie facing the ocean

Katia is a great host, friendly and informative. The room is nice overlooking the sea. Clean bathroom, steam room, breakfast included, friendly staff and Good location.

Amazing!

This property was outstanding. The room, the view, the staff were all exceptional. Breakfast gets served in your room every morning on your balcony at a time you choose. Katia, the manager, is so helpful and will organise anything you need.

Perfect place to stay in positano. The location is perfect, the room is perfect and most of all Katia our host was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend

An amazing place to stay in Positano - incredible room/view, great location and exceptional staff.

While the room, breakfast, location and view are incredible, it was the staff that made our stay here incredibly exceptional. Katia went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was perfect. Firstly, she went out of her way to help us find the property on the first day after a walk up from the ferry wharf. She also stayed in touch during our 4 day stay - always checking that everything was OK and recommending places to eat and visit. It was also no trouble for her to book restaurants, ferries and the beach club for us.

Everything at Imperati Suites was perfect. There was nothing we didn't like. We cannot think of anything that needs improving. There are a small numbers of steps down to the property from the road but porters will deliver your bags directly to the hotel.

Amazing view, Fabulous Accommodation and staff

Katia was so amazing even before we arrived at The Imparati Suites. Asking if we wanted her to arrange any restaurant bookings etc. Katia organised a driver to bring us across from Sorrento it just made it so easy. The view on our balcony was to die for. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and yummy. Katia and co were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. If I get the chance to come back to Positano I will definitely be staying here again

Fantastic!

The property is in a great location surrounded by restaurants. What I love about this property is the view from our room overlooking the sea. The host and the staff are accommodating to our needs and provided helpful tips for our daily adventures.

Wonderful!

We loved this property. It was very spacious and in a great area of Positano. Katia was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and we very much enjoyed having breakfast in the room. Katia is well connected here, and every person / service that Katia connected us with (drivers, shops, restaurants etc) provided top notch service as well! We will definitely be back!

Room. Bed. Balcony. The View. Breakfast. All of those were brilliant. I really enjoyed this place.

Localization is not the best, there were some troubles to find it, BUT personel helped, so just an info.

The service provided by the staff were superb, especially Katia. Nothing short of excellence and they went beyond their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and savaged our trip when the tour operator messed up. Breakfast was super, the staff made sure the dining area was well setup in the morning. One of the best service we've had received on this trip!

stunning room with exceptional views and lovely staff

The property was so bright and fun with the colour scheme. It was sparkling clean and the staff were so kind offering to do so much. the breakfast was a wow moment sitting with the stunning view. we loved our time

the hike up from Positano beach was the only drawback - it was only 20-30 min but after a beautiful swim or coming back from a day out on the ferry it wasn’t the best thing to look forward too

Absolutely beautiful, very well located and the staff was beyond helpful. They really made our whole stay much easier with private car bookings, restaurant reservations, etc.

Positvely Beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff at Imperati Suites are so accommodating and sweet. They suffered a minor leak in the bathroom due to severe weather and rain and were so concerned with our well being. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was a lovely unit with gorgeous views. The unit was spacious and bright. Breakfast was fabulous and quite the spread. They have a Lavazzo coffee maker on-site. We hope to come back. For us this experience will always trump a hotel.

There are about 30 stairs to get to the unit. Less luggage is easier… but there are also porters that will assist with getting luggage around Positano if you decide to arrive or leave by Ferry. The current rate is 10-20€ / bag.

Perfection

The most wonderful stay in these stunning suites. The staff were fabulous and went to every extra measure to take our stay comfortable and easy. The view was absolutely stunning. Great location.

Stylish, good location, wonderful views, amazing staff.

I loved everything about the property. It was so stylish. The interior finish was to a very high standard. Not only that, it was so comfortable and functional. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was amazing (the steam room was a lovely bonus), the air conditioning worked perfectly, and was really needed with the temperatures we had. It was a real relief to come back there and escape the heat outside. The balcony really was special. I could have sat there all day. From breakfast in the morning to sitting having drinks in the evening. It was a lovely relaxing place to enjoy the amazing views Positano has to offer. It was just a short walk from the hustle and bustle but felt a world away. By far the staff were what really made the holiday special. Margherita and Katie’s recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Not only that, they organised transport to and from them as well. Nothing was too much trouble, from parking, day trips or any advice I needed. They were just a text away and responded promptly. The room was so clean and perfect every time we came home, it was a real treat. I really can’t recommend this place enough.
