View and location are ok and only this.

The reception was not working and the access to the parking was difficult. The object is rather dirty and requires serious maintenance and investment. The corridors are dark and the light switches are not easy to find. The elevators are small and require renovation. The offer at booking.com is not transparent. We booked an apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids and a cat. we are to 100% sure. the confirmation that we received was for 2 adults only. After a series of phone calls we received an special offer of upgrading the apartment to the desired number of people for EUR 80 only paid by cash without informing the booking com. We refused and paid EUR 90 by booking. Our apartment should be upgraded but interestingly was not. We received the same apartment 701 that was booked by us before. ;-) . The apartment is equipped in an old style (late 70 / early 80s). Furniture and appliances suboptimal. Rooms poorly ventilated. Towels and bedding old, used and most probably not washed before our arrival. The severe drawbacks and lack of quality is compensated with the sweet calls of the owner also at night hours. i write such long and bad opinions rarely, however in this case it really makes sense. I will not visit this place again.
