Una estancia cómoda, segura y cumple con cubrir la necesidad, me sentí muy cómoda .

La limpieza, la privacidad , te sientes como en casa , tiene todo para cocinar y preparar café . La cama es muy cómoda .

Lo único es que si pudieran poner un garrafón de agua porfavor estaría genial para los futuros clientes

All good with the apartment. The beach was disappointing

The apartment is very nice, very clean, quiet, very comfortable, it's big, the pool is clean and the pool area is very peaceful and nice.

The location. The neighborhood where the apartment is is not nice at all, very local with dirty houses around. There's a side walk not too far away with many restaurants that is OK but the beach that is 100 m away is horrible!

Worth the money. Comfortable beds. Close to good eats. Neighbourhood is blah.

Apartment was clean. Beds comfortable. The space was modern.

Seems to have a lot of Beatles that come in through the day. I’m used to jungle life but it seems like there may be infestation. Also the neighborhood was not what I expected. Very loud at night.

The unit itself is cute

Kind of in the middle of not a lot going on and empty lots with a lot of garbage… of Saturday and Sunday nights there was music being played out until 3 AM next-door

Location was good, could walk to most places including restaurant row. Air conditioning worked well. Workers were very nice and responsive to requests.

Windows did not close and several mechanisms were broken,allowing insects to get into the room. Getting drinking water from other side of pool was awkward.

A beautiful, homely stay. The perfect place to lounge by the pool or enjoy the views from the room. Easy check in and check out and close walking distance to everything.

The bathroom smell from the drains meant we had to keep the door shut at all times.

Great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping area, but a bit noisy at night

I really liked the location.

Unfortunately it was pretty noisy at night. Very loud music till late at night (I understand and expected it on new years eve, but the night before or the night after. There also were roosters clucking early in the morning.

A world class surf experience combined with a cozy perfect stay at the lodge

I recently went with my family (my wife and our two kids 6 yrs. and 10 months) and we felt really at home. The place has several benefits: daily cleaning service, drinking water and coffee supply provided at check-in (so no hassle for the first cup of coffee in the morning), the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, and a salt water pool with some toys for our kids to splash around. The staff is super friendly. It's very close to all the restaurants and little stores on Avenida El Anclote (less than 2 minutes walking) but still very quiet. There is a little mini market right in front, anyone can easily get around on foot. The surf spots were great, not to say world class. We had several surf sessions with amazing wave on our own :))) The prices for boat drop off's are good, the experience to have your private wave made me and my wife speechless. While we were surfing our kids were taken care of by an experienced, english speaking nanny there at the lodge and had a great time as well. We already want to go back :) We had an awesome time. 100% recommended.

Fantastic in town retreat

Beautifully designed and appointed 3 bedroom apartment in town. We enjoyed having the pool to lounge around and be able to eat in (although there are lots of good options in Punta.

there is nothing negative about the property, only Punta Mita. this is an odd mix of resort and traditional Mexican community. We hated the nightly 1.5 hour assault of the CIRCUS microphones and the 5 am chorus of barking dogs and roosters . That said, I’d stay again!!

Terrible. As it was not usable

Nothing.

This property was completely under renovation yet Booking.com let me book here. That is ridiculous and a terrible customer experience to show up to a hotel that has no owner on site and no doors and no easy way to get in touch and resolve it. I had to just walk around the city with my luggage in search of a new hotel. Thank you for nothing Booking.com

Amazing property, wonderful location. Great, helpful staff

It is close to the beach, walk 4 house down the street, turn left to the beach which has a wonderful restaurant. Go straight ahead at the end of the street to grab a tour to see the whale during the right season and go to the hidden beach. If you turn right at the end of the street are strings of wonderful beach front restaurant to eat and watch the sunset. We really enjoyed our short stay in punta de mita. I will return to this property been my travels put me in this area.

Everything was wonderful!!!
