We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip in Sayulita and I'd definitely go back for longer next time. It feels more like a condo/apartment building than a hotel which was nice, the rooms are spacious with a kitchen and a big jug of water which was great to have. The rooftop area is huge, lots of loungers, hammocks, couches, and a big dining table, and a lovely infinity pool overlooking the town and ocean. It's slightly outside of town, just enough that it's quiet but only a 5 minute walk to get anywhere. It is up quite a steep (but short) hill - but the actual steep part takes less than a minute to walk up, so unless you have mobility issues it's not a problem at all.
The room we were in could use a little bit of maintenance - the lock on the balcony door didn't work (there was a wooden stick to use to block it instead) and a few of the lights around the room and bathroom only worked sometimes (or not at all). We only stayed 2 nights and didn't spent a lot of time in the room so it wasn't a problem for us, but would be inconvenient if we were staying longer.

Close to everything . The terrace and pool view was amazing.
One afternoon we had no water. we couldn’t take showers at the end of the day.
3.0
Excellent view from the deck and the roof. Large room.
Lock to the main property gate was inexplicably removed for most of the trip, affecting security. Neighborhood noisier than expected due to nearby construction, thin walls, random loud music, and loud roosters. We lost gas (and hot water and functioning stove) for a day because they unexpectedly ran out of gas on the property.

The best part was the location up a small hill, giving fantastic views of the city and ocean from the amazing and spacious roof terrace, with infinity pool, lawn chairs, hammocks, landscaping. I stayed in a room facing the mountain, but was up on the terrace a lot anyway, enjoying the views and the pool, especially at magical sunset.
Also staff were very helpful.
No complaints

Exceptionally clean, relaxing and a very friendly helpful proprietor.
Located in a quiet end of town at the top of a hill so having a view from the rooftop pool and patio was a fantastic bonus!
Nothing!

Great location, beautiful views, very well equipped room with kitchenette. Loved the location a little removed from the busy town center but still super convenient to everything. We had the Iguana room which has a beautiful view of Sayulita and the ocean.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Perfect location (a few minutes walk to beach), 5-7 mins to the central square. Far enough from the louder bars that they won’t keep you up, and close enough to stumble home with ease. Very clean property, very well kept. Staff is great, nice and helpful and have a very cute dog, Canela, that loves a belly scratch. The rooftop is hard to beat. clean pool, and an epic view of Sayulita. Sun all day long up there. Loved Villa Los Corales and will 100% stay and and recommend to friends.
There was nothing I didn’t like. But if I had to mention something, I would say 1. The pool could have been a degree or two warmer. And 2, it would have been nice to have even a simple method of cooking in our room other than a microwave, like a hot plate or something. We knew when we booked that it didn’t have one, but I think there is a room to add something small and it would be a great touch!

It’s security and cordial manager!
Hillside access

Great views and clean facility also close to town.
The villa is up two major hills to get into the property, even a car has a hard time getting up the hill and it's very hard to get in the driveway from a one way street and sharp turn into the driveway.

Beautiful newer condo building with rooftop pool and lounging deck. Condo is spacious, beatifully finished with an outdoor balcony, kitchenette, a comfortable bed with everything you will need for a short or long stay. Amazing views of the surrounding hills and Sayulita! Highly recommended!

The location, being close to everything, yet not in the middle of the hassle and bustle, the amazing view, the balcony
I know that this is outside of anybody's control, but the late night/early morning loud party noises, on week ends....

The stairs were cumbersome. The location was much farther from the beach than indicated.
No services. None. Had to beg for help.
No amenities but the small pool

The bed was comfortable and the hotel had onsite parking. The staff were great, they helped us set up a tour to Hidden Beach. They also had ice onsite for purchase, this was super convenient.
Our room didn’t have a TV, we didn’t notice until we arrived. This was a only slight inconvenience because there is so much to in Sayulita.
It’s a long walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel, may not be good for those with mobility issues.

The property was beautiful. The full kitchen was lovely with all the plates/ pots/cups coffee maker etc. We cooked most of our meals in our room. They provided large tapped water jug in our room and replaced it with a fresh one when needed. The bed was soo comfortable and hot water worked great! The roof top pool was awesome with lounge chairs picnic tables and an amazing view.
The location was great, we’ve stayed in Sayulita many times before and I think we liked this location best. In town but on the out skirts so not so busy and loud. You could hear the roosters in the morning, but that’s to be expected in Sayulita and it’s been much louder at other places we’ve stayed.
The staff were lovely and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again!
I would say a full length mirror In the room would have been nice, but other than that, no complaints 😀

This is in a quiet (other than the roosters) part of the city, which made it a nice retreat, while still being only a few minutes' walk into the heart of town. The hills are quite steep, but the views from the rooftop are better for it. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the towels of good quality.
The water jug in our room leaked on the floor, but that could have been user error. There was an undisclosed fee for early check-in, which we skipped (so I'm not sure how much it would have been) and just let our bags in the office until 3 PM (the official check-in time)
