our host was lovely & had pre messaged us the day before checking what time we were arriving & explaining we’re

the location was amazing right in the middle of the city a very close walk to eateries, restaurants, bars, shops.

initially we had trouble locating the property & had a car but you couldn’t drive to the property during certain times of the day so had to take our luggage through the city to get to the property.

Nice and cosy place to stay. The host was a kind man who really made an effort to find adequate information about the bus for us. Excellent location in the city centrer. Value for money!

Perfect location right in the center. Friendly and flexible hosts. A voucher for breakfast at the nice cafe right next door. A very cute little dog welcoming guests. :)

Casa Dei Potenti is in a brilliant location. Our room overlooked the Duomo. It is a room in a very old building, minimally furnished with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is basic due to the nature of the old building.

Check in time is arranged with Maurizio. I texted him and said we’d be there at 14.30. I did not realise that he would take that as exact. We were waiting in the café next door having lunch and observed people going in and out with cases but when we got in ( let in by another guest) Maurizio had gone at before 14.50! He had to come back so watch the time. He was very helpful on his return giving us a map and bus timetable. There isn’t a daily room service which was fine with us.

The hotel is in the center ! The reception very friendly, ready to answer and give you suggestions!

The walls are very fine , you could hear everything and I would like to have the check in at least 10:30 , 10 o’clock is very early for someone on vacation!

Right in the middle of town, the hotel is part of the very fabric of the city.

The hotel was right in the town centre and our room had a lovely view of the main square. Having AC was a great feature and the room was in true Tuscan style. Regardless, it was very quiet at night, easy to check-in and check-out. Park your car at P1 (cheap fare) and walk to the hotel, which is a 15mins stroll.

Extraordinary location. Maurizio, the owner, was extremely helpful, even calling ahead to secure me a room on my next stop on the Via Francigena. Large, comfortable room that, in spite of being in the heart of the old town, was quiet.
