Estancia agradable

El desayuno muy variado y con mucha calidad, la piscina muy bien y los jardines perfectos el personal muy amable dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Volveré sin duda

Nuestra segunda estancia.

Es la segunda vez que vamos a pasar unos días a este hotel. Esta vez habíamos reservado una habitación doble sin balcón ni terraza, porque era lo que estaba disponible al momento de hacer la reserva, pero cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación con balcón, a la que le entraba la luz del sol por las mañanas y tenía cama de matrimonio. Así que, genial. A mi marido y a mi nos gusta mucho el hotel, a pesar se que necesita reforma integral. Todo está siempre muy limpio, la comida del buffet es buena y el personal muy amable. Los jardines del hotel son muy bonitos y la piscina a nosotros nos encanta. Estamos ya pensando en reservar para el próximo verano 😍

Los chicos de animación de la piscina, me da la sensación de que rompen la tranquilidad de los que están allí. Cuando llegaron con la música (un poco alta para mi gusto), mucha gente se fue de donde estaba. Otra cosa que nos molestó un poco son los ruidos, en el edificio donde estuvimos esta segunda vez, al cerrar las puertas la gente no tiene cuidado y da portazos, también se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los coches, pero bueno, eso no es culpa del hotel. Y lo que menos me gusta a mi... Los colchones, me dejan la espalda hecha un ocho 🤣

Precioso

Los exteriores son muy bonitos mucha vegetacion, arboles frutales, naturaleza, etc (me recordó a donde veraneaba cuando era pequeña). El trato personal ha sido excelente sobretodo los chicos del bar de la piscina. La comida del hotel muy buena y variada tanto en desayunos almuerzos y cenas. La limpieza de habitaciones y del hotel en si, está bastante bien. Es perfecto para desconectar y recargar pilas.Sin duda volveré.

La unica critica constructiva que le haría al hotel para mejorar sería: Las habitaciones que creo que deberian reformarlas por dentro, hay detalles que estan en mal estado me imagino que por el tiempo que tiene el hotel. La fachada de los balcones de las habitaciones con la madera yo la mantendria porque están super bonitas y típicas del puerto solo que seria bueno restaurarlas un poco. Y los pasillos que dan a las habitaciones y el ascensor si necesitan tambien una reforma.

Decepcionante

El hotel no está ni cerca de ser 4 estrellas. La verdad una verguenza el estado de la habitación, de hecho puse un reclamo en Booking y con el hotel directamente y no tuve respuesta, es una estafa. Subiré fotos que respaldarán lo que digo. Los muebles rotos, la " terraza" rodeada de 4 paredes que arruinan el sentido de tener una terraza, habitación pequeña.

Desayuno y cena, súper rico todo. Es un sitio ideal para descansar. En agosto, hay más turistas, pero es normal en esa época. En la piscina, el chico q estaba, cuidaba de que nadie molestara tu baño ( flotadores, pelota...) es de agradecer.

Very nice but, don’t plan to stay at the hotel after 12:00!

The bar at night with some live music are very nice. Had a Blast. The room is very silent and the bed very comfy! Staff extremely nice :)

Late check out is paid, even if only for 2 hours more. Not allowed to use the pool after the check out. I am local and, never had this problem before with other hotels! Was very surprised 😞

Superb

We stayed one night at the hotel and had breakfast and dinner. The dinner in the evening was perfect, a big range of food: fresh vegetables and fruits, salads, different types of fish and meat, pasta, a lot of very tasty sauces, desserts. The waiters are polite and work very organised. We payed 4,5EUR per person at the reception and could take unlimited number of the drinks (wine (white, red, rose), bier, Fanta, sprite, etc). It is really a very nice option. The breakfast was also good, but the dinner made a better impression on us. It seemed to us that for the breakfast the range of food was smaller. Our room was next to the swimming pool, it was very convenient to go and to swim there. The swimming pool is big enough and deep (it can be important for the people whose height is 2m). Despite the fact that our room was next to the pool and the bar, at night after 22:30-23:00 everything was quiet and we slept very well. The size of the room really impressed us, there were also a lot of wardrobes, what is very nice for people who come for a longer stay. In the evening there was a nice performance next to the swimming pool: a group of dancers danced flamenco. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there are a lot trees (also, mango and banana trees) and flowers.

Not tasty drinks (coffee, juice, etc) for the breakfast. The wi-fi worked good, but not on the whole territory of the room, that was a little bit strange.

We enjoyed the pool area, the bar, the room and the breakfast. A thoroughly pleasant stay

The buffet style breakfast (included in the price) was vast. Good quality food, great variety and well presented. The room was comfortable, big, balcony with furniture and a large bathroom with bath.

It suited us very well and met all our expectations. Nothing to change

Great value in Puerto de la Cruz

Very service-minded and clean. Rooms: comfortable, good bed(s). Bathroom: all equipment is working very well, good watter pressure and temperature. Great food quality and variety. Stable and fast WiFi. Location: away from noisy tourist streets, but close enough to a beautiful park and grocery store. Path to the sea shore is relatively short walk, but might be steep for older or unhealthy ones.
