Το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν η τοποθεσία και ο περιβάλλον χώρος του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν μας άρεσε τίποτα άλλο.

Το δωμάτιο ελεεινό. Το μπάνιο με μούχλα και βρώμικο, Από τα σποτ πάνω από το κρεββάτι έσταζε νερό, Οι καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι είχαν λιώσει από το ήλιο. Οι κλειδαριές στην πόρτα σπασμένες και έβλεπες τα καλώδια.Το ασανσέρ ακαθάριστο. Δεκάδες γατιά να κυκλοφορούν σε όλους τους χώρους, ακόμη και στο εστιατόριο. Το πρωινό ήταν ολα ξεσκέπαστα στο έλεος κάθε είδους ιπτάμενου στοιχείου.

μου άρεσε που ο διευθυντής είναι πρόθυμος να διοργανωσει κάτι για μια επετιο

που είχε μια κουβέρτα. και κακή ηχομόνωση από το διπλανό δωμάτιο .και δεν μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ.

Одличен хотел за фамилијарен одмор со мали деца

Хотелот е одличен за фамилии со мали деца. Ги задоволува сите потреби за добар одмор. Морам да изразам благодарност до генералниот менаџер на хотелот кој беше многу љубезен бидејќи штом сфати дека на рецепција ни дадоа соба наместо бунгалов, веднаш направи промена и не сместија во многу убав бунгалов. Го препорачувам хотелот на секој што сака да одмори без да се грижи за ништо.

In general the stay was okay, totally valuable for the money, but with small renovation it will be even better!

The location, the employees were really nice, kids activities

Small renovation will make the property look excelent. The rooms need to have tiles, it will be more cleaner like that. Kids pool are not cleaining from the sand from the beach, they are looking really dirty. Also they need to be renovated!! And I didn't like that the food was in general the same every day.

Imbiss Bude keine 4*Hotel

Was hat uns gefallen? In diesem Fall echt schwierig zu beantworten. Da waren wir nur erstaunt wie eine vier Sterne Anlage so tief sinken kann? Wir waren sehr enttäuscht darüber wie ein Gast hier behandelt wird . Was wir gar nicht nachvollziehen können sind die positive Bewertungen für diese SEHR SEHR SEHR HERUNTERGEKOMMENE ANLAGE. Mag sein das diese Anlage in jüngeren Jahren ein der Top Hotel war. Betonung liegt bei (WAR!!!) Jetzt ! also nicht einmal ansatzweise nah an drei Sternen. Wie wir dann Nachhinein erfuhren das die Hotel Gäste mit roten Bändern besser behandelt werden als die Gäste die All inklusive gebucht haben. Was aber eigentlich kein Unterschied machen sollte ob man All inklusive oder halb Pension oder sonst was gebucht hat. Daher vermute ich die positive Bewertung für diese Hervorragende Beispiel von HERUNTERGEKOMMENE Anlage. Bei unserem eintreffen war Die Empfangs Dame sehr ? wie soll ich es ausdrücken irgendwo zwischen unfreundlich und Miss Launisch. Natürlich war unsere Zimmer nicht kurz vor 13h bezugsfertig, obwohl ich es bekannt gab. Wurde uns dann angeboten das wir uns ein wenig die Zeit vertreiben mit der Anlage vertraut zu machen und wir sollen Mittag essen nehmen und gegen 14 Uhr sich bei der Rezeption melden. Gesagt getan,das Zimmer war dann auch fertig in ersten Stock ich glaube 107 war die Nummer, beim vorbei laufen zum Zimmer ist uns aufgefallen das die Zimmern mit Teppich Boden verlegt sind und statt mit dem Staubsauger zu saugen werden wie normal fließen Boden üblich mit der Besen zusammen gekehrt. War schon der erste negative Eindruck Erlebnis so wie die Böden im Flur die seit Tagen nicht gestaubt waren, man konnte Hunde Haare und Sand so wie Servietten Stücke oder sonst was noch sehen. Dann der Schock, wir hatten Zimmer mit dem Meer Blick gebucht! Bekommen haben wir eine Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Pool, die Bäume und auf eine riesige Palme vor der Terrasse. Nichts wie zurück zur Rezeption um das zu klären.

Die komplette Anlage von Sauberkeit bis Organisation.

Worth the value

Staff was great , buffet very adequate. Beach gorgeous

Room bathrooms should be revamped. We were on the third floor, Mountain View .. could not sit on balcony or even open door due to smell from kitchen exhausts .. smelled like grease . Main bar should be opened for coffee in the morning

Φιλότιμο προσωπικό και καλό φαγητό. Εγκαταστάσεις που χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση.

Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλότιμο με διάθεση να βοηθήσει. Μεγάλη προσπάθεια από τον front desk manager να διαχειριστεί τους διαμένοντες στα bungalows με ψυχραιμία. Τα δωμάτια στο ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολυ καλη κατάσταση, οι υπόλοιπες εγκαταστάσεις χρειάζονται updating. Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ καλό για all-inclusive και υπήρχε καλή ποικιλία.

Επισκεφθήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο στο άνοιγμα της σεζόν και δεν ήταν αρκετά καλή ιδέα. Οι περισσότερες εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου που αφορούν κυρίως τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες δεν ήταν σε λειτουργία. Τα δωμάτια των bungalows είναι σαφώς υποδεέστερα από το κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο. Δεν υπήρχαν επαρκείς πετσέτες για να αλλάξουν και έτσι την τελευταία μέρα μας έδωσαν μόνο μικρές πετσέτες. Το Kids Club είναι ανεπαρκές και δεν προσφέρεται για να απασχολήσουν πραγματικά και με ασφάλεια τα παιδιά όπως διαφημίζεται αλλά σαν ένας χώρος (πολύ μικρός) για να περάσεις εσύ λιγο χρόνο με τα παιδιά σου με ταυτόχρονη παρουσία μιας ευγενικής κυρίας εκ μέρους του ξενοδοχείου.

Would not come here again

Staff was not friendly and very hostile. they were confused on prices on drinks emery time we got one it was a different price. room was not clean and not like the pictures at all.

Very good

Big complex, with private pool and access to the beach. Breakfast was OK.

Rooms are old furnished and small. Crowded, all inclusive type of hotel.

Disappointing

Location close to the beach

The room, lack of thorough cleaning. The walls had a lot of water damage, cracks, the wood of the door had mould damage, balcony table was rusted, furniture was damaged and old. Dishes were old, most of them cracked and most of the time dirty. For food you had to play some sort of hunger games - it was never enough to start with and whenever they came out with a refill it was never enough for all the waiting people. It was quite degrading to wait for food and fight over some french fries...some meat... You had to wait for the next "fight" over some fries for about 10-15 min. Missed them, go to round 2 and try again. We will never return.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, always willing to assist you. Accommodation in bungalows on a good level (third bed available). Excellent food, even their vegan option was plentiful, beach bar/pool bar also great. Staff always willing to assist, very helpful. Good location, walking distance to nearby city Leptokaria.

Not enough sunbeds on the beach, hotel should enforce their own policies better (no reservation of sunbeds).

I didn’t like that after 7 pm there wasn’t hot water in the shower, and as a family with little child, we found it very uncomfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised with the facility and amenities. Great value for the money.

Wide selection of food items. Staff was very attentive. Very clean and good presentation in the restaurant. The grounds were very well kept and attractive. Rooms were taking care of and updated.

Smoking should not be allowed at the bar area as it drifts into the hotel and stinks. Smoking should only be allowed further away from the building. Nonsmokers have to pass through a cloud of smoke to reach a non-smoking area which is kept inconveniently away.
