Viel zu teuer, Lage sehr gut. Keine 5 Sterne. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Lage war zentral in Innenstadt . Personal freundlich. Frühstück ok.

Wurde mit Schwimmbad im Hotel angepriesen, muss jedoch extra bezahlt werden. Parkplatz nicht dabei, muss extra bezahlt werden. Ausstattung Zimmer in Jahre gekommen. Zimmer Service schlecht. Zimmer mit Minibar, muss aber extra bezahlt werden. Hotel eher 2 Sterne, keine 5 Sterne.

Nach unserem zweiten Besuch, leider NIE WIEDER MONOPOL

Das Ambiente und das Essen, ob Frühstück oder Abendessen in der Rooftop Bar, es war toll.

Eine Partynacht wurde erst nach 5 Stunden vom überfordertem Personal beendet. Unsere Badewanne war undicht und in einem Wellnessbereich tragen schreiende und ins Wasser springende Kinder nicht unbedingt zur Entspannung bei !!!!! Aber was ein NoGo ist, in einem Hotel dieser Klasse / 5 Sterne, Gäste beim Frühstück sehen zu müssen die mit Badelatschen zum Tisch kommen und ich meine dreckige Latschen…. Also ein Dresscode sollte schon beim Frühstück anfangen, dann müssten sich vielleicht Gäste doch etwas anderes anziehen, als ihre Jogginganzüge und Badelatschen 👎

I will definitely come back some day. Exceptional hotel.

Excellent service at the reception and fantastic room service. Room was very cozy.

Water in jacuzzi and pool was definitely too cold, would be nice to have a coffee maker or a kettle with nice tea selection in the room.

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Spacious room, great value for money. Very comfortable, unique design. Wonderful staff, top notch service. Delicious food.

There were No black out curtains. With this height of room curtains should be remote contolled. I was disappointed to receive out of box Juice instead of fresh one for breakfast, definetely for this price.

Great job with a difficult experience, well recommended!

The rooms are spacious The staff is very nice and forthcoming (especially when in a difficult situation). The amenities are just right. You have exactly what you need for the night. Water and bathroom amn.on spot. Breakfast is also wonderful with a lot of variety! Location is perfectly situated! We would 100 percent stay again!

There was a big party in the Restaurant above our room which made it impossible to sleep with our baby up all night however, the staff did a great job, they were very nice and made it up to us the next night with a very quite room and extras that made us more than comfortable for the extra night. They did such a great job that it made up for the first night and we will be staying here in the future!

Excellent location, great for hot summers (airco and swimming pool)

Nice size of the room, excellent location, minimum noise from outside, polite and helpful reception and in general all staff, good size of the bathroom. Location, however, is number one, next to the opera and the main square, and in general to all you desire in a big city.

Noise from the neighbouring rooms and restaurant on the 6th floor, constant noise in the bathroom of water flowing - in general noisy, not so much from the outside, despite the central location, but inside - poor quality of walls, no respect for the quiet - guest in restaurants from outside late in the night etc. This was not expected and a big disappointment. Loads of external guests in the lift going ul to floor 6 bar especially during the weekend - avoid floor 5 rooms as the noise is quite disturbing, especially between 22-23 when the are cleaning / closing, I presume.

Luxury hotel close to the city center with great service, spacious rooms and wellness options

This luxury hotel is almost in the centre, less than a 10min walk from Wroclaw Square. It's nearby good restaurants and brunch places. The wellness facilities with two saunas and the pool are clean and available until Midnight which was perfect on our first day as we arrived late. The rooftop restaurant looks nicely decorated with a view of the city. The room and bathroom are huge, with enough space for 2 people. The staff is very friendly, the turndown service is included. We asked for a quiet room and we go it.

No major issue. Two small things to consider: the pillows were too shallow, and I would prefer a taller one. While the Finnish sauna was great, the Turkish one wasn't strong enough. In general, I think having more sauna options would be great as wellness is one of the advantages of this hotel.

Daily knocks on door from room service workers to give candy or peanuts and if guest were unresponsive the worker would open door.

We won’t visit again. Not worth the money

Beautiful hotel interior, wooden floors everywhere. Quiet location. Good size of the pool and spa.

No kettle in the room so we couldn’t make a tea or coffee. Fridge was very tiny and the room was quite dark. Water in the jacuzzi is cold and the same temperature as in the pool! No wonder no one sat in the jacuzzi. Come on Monopol Hotel! You are a five stars hotel so at least put kettles in the rooms for your guests and sort out that water temperature in the jacuzzi!

spa was lovely and the location amazing

not what I would expect as a 5* hotel. the rooms were comfortable but it was not luxurious and some features in the room were broken (E.g. the spa bath) and the ceiling shower is clearly not been cleaned for a long time as it sprayed everywhere!
