Ok for what we paid

Looks like it was refurbished within the last few years so looks bright and airy and the pool area is nice. Had a private terrace in our room on the top floor, which was nice (although got very hot in the direct sun in the afternoon) The ladies who checked your reservations for breakfast and dinner were very friendly, tolerant and patient despite the queues and the lack of tables.

the queues for the breakfast and dinner! Restaurant is way too small for the number of guests and dinner doesn't start until 7:30 and it's almost literally a bun fight to get a table. Either increase the room size, increase the hours, or have more sittings. for British people with kids 7:30 is very late to eat we only choose to have our room cleaned a couple of times but even after being cleaned the room was dusty and the bathroom was hardly touched. Food was ok although we did get a bit bored with the choices and chose to eat out a couple of nights rather than face the fight for a table and the mad hoards grabbing at food and shoving past.

Très bon hôtel

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnellement je le trouve sympa. Tout le monde porte des tenues correctes sans que ce soit ambiance défilé de mode. Naïma a l accueil du restaurant est très sympathique. Seul point à améliorer le nettoyage quotidien des chambres qui restera très approximatif. Quand au transats du mieux cette année grâce à l empilage le soir puis enchaîner. Mais soyez dans les starting-blocks à 9h30 quand ils sont libéré car les gens se jettent dessus pose la serviette puis disparaissent. A l espèce humaine 🙄

Not a 4 star level property.

Located near the city center.

The AC did not work, after a failed attempt to troubleshoot the unit, the front desk staff refused a room change. The photos of the renovated rooms do not match the actual room condition. Poor food choices and taste.

One or two staff were rude, I didn't use the bar due to this. The food, I'm not a fussy eater but it wasn't great tbh. Very little information about local travel available & staff didn't seem to know either

Expensive and inadequate.

The location of the room is very bad, you can't open your curtain, there is no tulle, you can see your whole room from many balconies, the bed is dirty, the plinth is torn, there is no toilet brush, the dustbin is without a lid, the bathroom is like the next room and there is no sound insulation, the mini fridge is locked :)) no air conditioning setting , Reservation staff, Breakfast inadequate. Nightclub music located very nearby disturbed all night.

Great Location for Parks, JUST a place to rest after a long day.

We used this as a hub to visit Portaventura but to also be well positioned for bars and restaurants in the evening. The price was very appealing for the 3 nights, but was exactly what we expected in terms of standard and quality.

Due to the star rating we did not have many expectations for the food and due to the price we paid we did not feel let down when choosing to dine out in the evenings. We spent a lot of time in the parks so were always shattered when coming back to the hotel, if the stay was more of a chilled relaxing one this standard wouldnt be something we would necessarily choose. The hotel served its purpose and we still had a fab time!

First of all staff is amazing, rooms are tidy, couldn't use gym or sauna/spa,but rest of the facilities are really good. Localisation of the hotel is excellent. Food was very good. Desserts were amazing.

Snooker tables were somewhat dirty and uneven, Snooker balls were sticky. Food was really good, but mostly monotonous ( but on the other hand there was a variety indeed).

last minute holiday - perfect hotel

it was very central to both portaventura world and also the beach. the breakfast served was very good and fresh and all the staff were very helpful and attentive

rooms could do with a bit of updating, but had all we needed and it was purely aesthetic.

Great location, very central. Only few minutes walk to all the shops and bars/restaurants. Plenty choice of food at the buffet option in the hotel restaurant. Bedroom was lovely

Close to Port Aventura, just 15min by walk. Can book taxi 🚕 from reception, will be there in less than 5 mins. Big Balcony Good Service at Pool Bar

Breakfast Hall was overcrowded, too many people, might consider extended hours, so people will be scattered. Bed Spreads are out dated, fridge was locked, telephone didn't work and no extra pillows. Poor Lighting in Room.
