-Location. -Staff were very supportive and kind , i was planning for my wife’s birthday and they help us a lot to make it , especially Barbra in the reception.

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

A very beautiful hotel where you’re able to enjoy a lovely breakfast in the courtyard outside.

We couldn’t get an iron in our room despite this being a very expensive hotel. The only option is to pay high hotel prices.

Location !! Beautiful view of the grand canal. Breakfast was small selections with hot meals, cereals , yogurts , fresh fruits and pastries.

A pleasant place to stay and no cliches that made our Venice stay a very relaxing time.

Venice is all about location, location, location and this hotel has this. It is ideally situated on the Grand Canal to watch this enthralling sight and is ideally positioned for exploring the city.

The room furnishings were a little tired and the breakfast was a little limited in the choices.

The room is really good, the classic furniture is amazing, spacious. Air conditioning works really well despite the size of the room. There is a closet. Nice view from the balcony.

One of the reasons I choose the hotel/room was the Spa tub, but it was terrible it's made to fit only one person and for some reason it doesn't turn on if the water is too hot. What is the point of a hot tub if the water can't get hot?! Plus it's not automatic you have to control the temperature manually. Also the shower is on top of the tub, it would be nicer if it had a separate box for the shower.

It felt like nesting in the midst of Venice with adventures in the city at your doorstep.

Very convenient, at walking distance from all main sites, right on the canal and in the meantime the resort feels like a hidden gem, a safe harbor to rest and reconnect with your partner.

Room service or options for diner at night when we didn't felt like going out.

Fabulous, elegant with a breath-taking view - the best way to experience Venice.

Everything - splendid view (canal view suite), super friendly staff always willing to help, beautiful interior design, lovely spacious bathroom, the hotel can be reached directly by boat from the airport (both private taxi or regular city transport), the room was very clean and completely sound proof; walking distance from main attractions including concerts and artistic workshops. Do ask the staff for directions and you will get where you need to easily (important for Venice where on-line maps and navigation will get you lost).

The bed was a bit hard, for my taste, but OK. Everything else was absolutely perfect.
