Great location to explore all of Venice

Fantastic location just off St Marks Square. spacious suite.

Slightly older property in need of some TLC. Could have done with a better mattress on the bed - plus a kettle etc

great location, old hotel and poor for vegans.

the location is super. 30 seconds work from st marco square the staff was polite but not very helpfull the cleaning of the room was good and they cleaned the room every day.

1. the hotel is very old 2. the breakfast HAVENT ADD ANY VEGAN OPTION, although i asked the staff about it and all they said was "sorry" day after day for 5 days. i expected that if on the first day they noted about vegan customer so they will work to find a solution 3. the beds and pillows was EXTREMLEY uncomfort

Good stay good staff and good location

Staff particularly the front office guys. Very helpful. At first they sounded rude but not at all that’s the way they speak. But very helpful and willing to guide.

on the whole I had a very enjoyable stay, there are lots of restaurants that are reasonably priced, and the kitchenette

The location was perfect 2 mins walk from St Marks Square. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment in the main was in very good decorative order. The communal areas were clean and in excellent decorative order. Covid measures were excellent. The hotel was very clean. There is a mini supermarket 2 doors up.

Inthe kitchenette in the apartment the microwave did not have a plate and could not be used. There were also no kitchen equipment such as glasses, plates cutlery, or pans. The mini bar had a good selection of soft drinks, and you could store milk in it. The television does not have any English channels.

Pleasant

I did not like the room at all. The bed and the sofa were also very unconfortable. A 4 stars hotel deserves better facilities.

Personnel was very welcoming and polite.
