Fenomenal para descansar y cerca de todo

Hotel de calidad, muy tranquilo. Aparcamiento incluido. Las camas muy cómodas y desayuno variado muy bueno. Las instalaciones son muy buenas: el espacio de la piscina muy completo y limpio con zona wellness. La ubicación, al estar en el centro de la isla, hace que sea relativamente fácil y rapido llegar a cualquier punto. Repetiríamos encantados.

Nada mal. Simplemente recomendaría humidificadores/ambientadores menos intensos, aunque no son desagradables. Y a nivel informativo: para ir a cualquier sitio es recomendable coche dado que el hotel está alejado de núcleos urbanos, aunque al estar en el centro de la isla, es fácil llegar a cualquier punto.

My wife, two children, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Virrey Finca in Inca for six nights. This remarkable country house, originally built in 1646 and later transformed into a luxurious hotel, exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we entered the grand palm tree-lined driveway, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. As we rounded the corner, the sight of the elegant hotel nestled in a peaceful oasis took our breath away. The attention to detail in the renovation was evident, seamlessly blending the historical charm with modern amenities. The staff greeted us with warmth and genuine friendliness, making us feel instantly welcome. The rooms themselves were beautifully appointed, showcasing a perfect balance between comfort and style. We appreciated the thoughtful design and luxurious touches that added to the overall ambiance. With only around 20 rooms in the hotel, the atmosphere was always serene and undisturbed, allowing for a truly peaceful retreat. Throughout our stay, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility of the surroundings. The meticulously maintained gardens and picturesque views provided a sense of calm and relaxation. Ps: there is a family of cats visiting the patio around breakfast and dinner time. They are friendly and playfull. I am just mentioning it as this might be important to know for people that are allergic or afraid of cats. We loved them to be honest.

A little luxury tucked away from the crowds

Lovely staff from check in to our amazing waiter in the evening. Great food on-site and we were made to feel welcomed from the start.

Not really a dislike but you do need a vehicle to get to the hotel. Taxis are few and far between from our experience but the hotel reception made some calls and one appeared at the station for us, great service.

We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel in lovely settings. The staff were excellent. The food was good. The room were very comfortable and sapcious for a family of 4.

There are a few things that could be improved. There was a lack of things to do, we wanted to hire the bikes but there were only 4 available so non left by the time we anted to take them. There were signs to the vegetable patch but it wasn't there. Theresa's price menu for snacks in the room but no snack. Pool not heated

Fantastic value

We loved our stay at this place. Our room vas very spacious and comfortable. The massive double bed was amazing. It was really great value for money.

These are just suggestions for improvement - it would have been more comfortable with a shower rather than bath in our room (was a bit risky getting in and out). A bottle of drinking water in the room would have been a plus. And maybe adding few things for the little kids in the playroom.

A lovely location in the middle of a beautiful landscape

Everything was amazing! The staff was lovely, the chef was super nice, the location quiet and beautiful! We will definitely come back!

We did a tour and everything was perfect, well curated and nicely decorated! Moreover it is in the middle of the nature and offers stunning views.

The place is beautiful and as it is a couple of miles from Inca and out in the country it is extremely quiet. A great place relax and get away from the madness of daily life. The staff were great and couldn't do enough to help you and make sure your stay was a good one. Marg on reception was extremely helpful.

Night noise and poo on the pool 🙁

aircon was good in the room. there were nice rooms for relaxing.

There was a wedding the night of our stay (we were not told about this in advance). The restaurant was closed because of this. The wedding party was just under our window until 12 at night, including music, screams, singing, etc. also on the morning we wanted to have a swim on the pool before checking out but there was an actual poo on it (the pool wasn’t closed, luckily my husband noticed before our daughters went in! there were also lots of cigarette butts around the pool.

The historic atmosphere of the building and the food was amazing.

The sunbeds around the pool were unconfortable and music was not suitable and destroyed the atmosphere of this beautiful environment. After mentioning this several times it got better.

Idyllic, stunning, tranquil hotel surrounded by nature - that will look very well after you!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, its location is idyllic for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy beautiful tranquility surrounded by nature in the middle of Mallorca. We stayed in the junior suite which is such good value for money, the bed was very big and comfortable, AC, amenities everything to high standards. The hotel staff from receptionists to chef, everyone makes personally sure that you will be treated royally. There are 360 degrees nature/ trees/ palm trees / flowers/ fields views around the hotel and not to mention the classical elegant rooms, hallways and lounges. The food was absolutely spectacular (make sure to try the cherry gazpacho) and the breakfast was one of the most impressive, varied, fresh produce breakfast i have ever seen, massive compliments to the chef - Lucho, and last but not least, many thanks to Biel the hotel director who made sure our expectations were met and treated us very friendly.

Nice stay with a bitter aftertaste

Clean, nice looking hotel. Friendly staff. They arranged a breakfast to-go for our early departure.

The hotel did a erroneous credit card charge a month after our stay in the hotel. Despite numerous phone calls they don't seem able/are willing to correct the mistake. Probably the slowest check in process we have ever experienced, despite it being a quite straightforward one night stay.

The authentic feeling of living in an old mansion with countryside feeling around. Plenty of sheep around. Its a good location to explore the whole island. Breakfast has a lot of sweets if you like that while the chef really wants to help out if you want something extra; omelett, scrambled eggs etc. The rooms are nice with great garden views.

The noise isolation could be better, we could hear everytime someone was coming up or down the strairs.

Lovely place, needs a lot of upgrades

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect for sightseeing. The finca itself is a charming, beautiful building, the kind that really could be perfect for an authentic Mallorca experience; the interior design is very well thought out. The staff are wonderful, couldn't be nicer. My room was a regular double, but quite a small one. It didn't bother me traveling on my own, but would have had I been with someone, especially thinking about value for money.

The breakfast was repetitive and dull. Great if you like really sweet stuff for breakfast, all the cakes and doughnuts in the world seemed to be there. Not great if you like some healthy stuff, like vegetables, and maybe to not eat eggs every single day (i was there for 9 days...). I had to go to town and buy some tomatoes and bring my own effectively, because there was nothing the kitchen could give me (!!) when i asked for something, anything like a vegetable, alongside the eggs. And it's all the more frustrating as Mallorca has some absolutely extraordinary produce, the local markets are filled at this time of year (August) with amazing food. It's really not that hard to provide some variety, or some local specialties. The pool is smaller than it looks, and on one day it was full of little water bugs; they should have more lounge chairs around the pool - they're banking on most people going to the wonderful beaches, which is fair enough, but on that one occasion when for some reason it's not practical to drive that far (say, waiting for your flight) they get filled up quickly, and you end up with the seats in the total shade, by the toilets, if you're lucky. The windows in the bathroom of my room (nr 5) really need a bit of upkeep - insects had burrowed through the wood, and every day was a new surprise as to what i'd find in the bathtub - once it was a centipede! So, no thanks. Last, but certainly not least - the wifi was totally unusable. Not because of poor reception, the wifi signal was great, but because it just didn't work, no matter what I did. I flagged it to reception twice, but it was never fixed, so I just relied on my own data, which is fine coming from the EU, less fine if you're traveling from elsewhere.

Too expensive for the room & service (front desk & reservations) we got. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good - a special thank you to the kitchen chef Luccio.

The room was not the room I reserved online on BOOKING.COM. I booked the JUNIOR SUITE and the staff were unable to confirm by email that we would get a double bed even though the reservation online was for a JUNIOR SUITE WITH a double bed!!!!! I needed to CALL the property to get this sorted, even after sending 2 emails! Also the room and bathroom smelt and we had no water or drinks in the room.

Impressive country hotel

Clean and modern rooms with historic character. Staff were friendly. Incredible breakfast with great selection. Location is good and able to get to whole island.

Pool area was a bit rustic, could be made smarter to match the grand hotel and stylish rooms.
