Probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed in

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. A wonderful combination of tradition, luxury. great location, professional and attentive staff and great charm. The location is very good and takin taxis through grab was easy and cheap. We used the pool, staff, restaurant and bar and they were all of the highest quality.

Nothing - just continue with the great job!

OK - poor breakfast

Good location and historic building.

The breakfast was terrible. The hotel does not offer a full breakfast buffet that you expect from a 5 star hotel, particularly a Raffles hotel. Guests must order from a menu - the food tastes bad - and manage with a small buffet inside. This is clearly a cost-cutting measure and does not impress.

Raffles Hotel Le Royal Best Hotel in All Cambodia, Paragon of Hospitality!

If anytime in Cambodia, Raffles Hotel Le Royal is the place! Outstanding heritage architecture, outstanding staff, outstanding room and facilities, exceptional views in any direction, impeccable cleanliness and 24-hour organisation to keep you feel at home, satisfied and blissful. Locationwise, it is in the heart of Phnom Penh, yet in the safest possible area (very close - walking distance - to the US Embassy). Sightseeing and moving around the city can be flawlessly handled and suggested by extremely polite and smiling knowledgeable personnel. Yet, The Royal Palce, The National Museum, and other sites of interest are within walking distance, if one would prefer that! Restaurant, Bar, Pool Bar (there are two swimming pools), and room service provide first-class food and beverages. Ask anything, they have it!

Ottima postazione e staff gentilissimo.

Hotel in una struttura bellissima, doppia piscina, posizione comoda per visitare la città. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e il concierge è un signore elegante che ci ha aiutato anche a trovare uno scooter in affitto, bravissimo e attento. Tutti molto premurosi.

La camera era un po’ piccola e la porta del bagno a persiana non permette privacy.

This place is the best! If you are staying in Phnom Pehn this is THE place to stay!

Everything about this place was fabulous! The team really looked after us and were always there with a smile and a kind greeting. The breakfast even remembered what we had to drink. The property itself is in a great location and the facilities are some of the best we have ever stayed in. The pool is gorgeous and the bar is absolutely brilliant - along with the team. Thanks Tomas, Jason and the rest of the team for taking care of us! The best!

Architectural and historical gem, perfectly located with all modern features.

Considering the hotel standing, the breakfast (which is a mix between buffet and à la carte options) should be clearly improved, also in terms of service responsiveness.

Beautiful Hotel but they have gone wrong with shower stalls!

Great location and wonderful staff. They have gone seriously wrong with their bathroom design. Hard to shower in a tiny shower. Also glass containers in this small shower stall for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. One slid and shattered- a serious issue!

Great stay in a hotel icon

Staying at Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh was an amazing experience. I especially loved the beautiful pool, the entire atmosphere at the hotel and especially the incredible friendly and passionate staff.

Pure luxury and very relaxing

Everything was pure luxury, the bed comfy pillows, lovely linen. The room was exceptionally clean. High ceilings and good amount of space. Lovely to have the terrace. We loved the elephant bar, great offers on the cocktails every time. The sun loungers were very comfortable, we enjoyed the quiet pool. Fantastic stay

Stunning property but service could be better

It’s a stunning property with beautiful, comfortable rooms and very tranquil pool.

I expected better customer service. It did not feel five star. I understand English is not a first language but I’d expect reception and boutique staff to speak it. No one asked how our stay was, could they get us a taxi, how our cocktails were etc. Also the breakfast was very poor for the money. Undercooked eggs and overcooked pastries. Good service there however. Mosquitoes at the pool are an issue and the internet is very shaky. It’s also more adult focused and not much to do for children. For the reputation the property itself did not disappoint but the service was not as one would expect. Still enjoyed our stay. Just leaving feedback.

Go to Siem reap, and not Phnom Phen

Breakfast good, nice swimming pool and lobby

location poor, in the middle of anywhere; upgrade the room for 150$ more , full of insect in the bed. Raffles in Siem Reap much nicer. Totally overpriced.

A Hotel with exceptional service …Right from the check in … to the friendly reception….iconic bars such as Elephant with signature cocktails celebrating international celebrities or promoting the local gins to comfortably done up spacious rooms or hanging out in lobbies which looked & felt regal, and last but not the least the food served in the restaurant was outstanding

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Beautiful interiors, the pool is stunning, the staff are wonderful. We couldn't fault it. The Elephant Bar is really special, has 50% off drinks for happy hour everyday.
