Very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff in a good location

Very comfortable beds.
Friendly helpful staff
Lovely carved wooden furniture
Was just a little further from the riverfront main area than I expected.

The most I like in this hotel is the breakfast buffet. There were a lot of choices. The room is huge more than my expectation. Super clean and aircon so.cool. The staff were very helpful. The hallway going to room is wide enough.
A little bit far going to Aeon mall and there is no nearby pharmacies and baby shop. The
spiral stairway to swimming pool is scary, I feel unsafe specially if you climb up drunk.

Staff were very friendly and provided prompt responses to my queries. The room was lovely and spacious, and all basic amenities were provided.
There is a construction site currently opposite the building. The hotel did apologise for this and it was not too much of a disturbance. The road next to the hotel could also be a little noisy.

Bella struttura. Camera molto ampia e completa.

The rooms were fine, good size and bathrooms were good too. The hotel itself it's okay, a bit old but clean. Location is fine but not great.
The breakfast is awful, the food had flies everywhere and I had to tell the staff multiple times to change it. Not a great selection either, and not great for kids. The staff don't really understand English so basic requests go unmet. I asked to get the baby chair cleaned because it had ants and lizard poo and they brought it three times the same way that my husband had to clean it.

Friednly staff and good convienet rooom with all facilities and small balcony. Nice terrace in the restaurant for a coffee. Breakfast was fine with a good choice. Location is ok. That was what we needed for one night stay in Phnom Penh. Few restaurants nearby, not far away form main attractions. Nice small swimming pool at the roof top.
They have a disconveniency by a construuction work on the other side for their hotel. Luckily it was stoppoing aroiund 9:30 pm. Already this new building is covering part of LCS nice river view and not know if would not be higher. Very kind staff was informative and aplogiesed for inconveniences. We haven't planned to saty in the room for a day so it was fine :)

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. You can hear the construction on the river even up on the 8th floor. The balcony door does keep some of the noise out, but it’s not completely soundproofed.
We were offered a free evening drink for both nights (choice between a beer or soft drink).
It’s a little bit of a walk towards the centre, but we knew this before booking. It’s not too bad, but if you aren’t comfortable with the busy road and don’t want to get a tuk tuk then you might want to book somewhere closer.

Staff was friendly
Breakfast was not to the standard of a 4 stars hotel.
The bedsheets and pillow cases were smelling bad like if they were not clean.

Breakfast was basic not the best but as it was included into the room price you couldn't expect more as the room was great value for money
I only stayed one night so didn't check out everything but it was comfortable and clean so I was happy enough

Very nice, very clean, very affordable. The fitness center equipment could use an upgrade but the view of the Mekong from the fitness center was amazing. And it's nice to work out in the open air on the 9th floor. Nice affordable restaurant with a great view (although the street food is crazy good and crazy cheap). Spacious rooms.
My only concern is the building going up between the LCS and the Mekong. If it's a high rise they are building, it will block what is currently a splendid view of the Mekong.

The room was big with a couple of different places to sit, including a quaint balcony. The view was amazing looking out over the river. The staff were so helpful.
The big shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Habituei-me a ter maracujás e pitaya haha.

Several aspects of the hotel deserve to be mentioned: the quality of the service in general, the workers of the hotel who are always willing to help, in case some help is needed (from the frontdesk to the restaurant, etc.), the room service, the fact that if you stay for several days, you receive a free drink every night at the restaurant, there is a laundry service (quite especially interesting when you travel for several weeks), the free coffee and tea plus water available in the room, the rooms are well arranged and have a desk in the case you need to work, the view from the restaurant and the swimming pool.
Nothing special to say.

Amazing hotel, majestic, clean and great customer care.
Lovely big room with cosy bed. Hot water shower and fluffy towels. Over looking the Mekong river.
Nice bar. Great breakfast.

Great view from hotel room and mostly polite staff. The hotel building itself was genuinely good.
BE CAUTIOUS - WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. From the moment we arrived they made us feel uncomfortable, excessively talking about potential fines. It was a strange way to welcome guests that travelled such a long way. We actually took pictures of the room just incase because they had asked to keep my passport instead of $400 DEPOSIT. I read online about $100 but they said much more to us. WEIRD.
I have looked back at old reviews and seen an identical story to ours. Upon checkout they were taking a very long time to check our room. I asked what the problem was and he showed me a picture he received showing a dirty towel from our room. It had nothing wrong with it except being wet. It had purely been used to dry my body. I was furious and in the end he backed down and we left. If I had not been so angry and mentioned we were going to the airport, he would have 100% fined us. The similar review on here with the exact same story ended up in the couple being fined $25! Clearly this hotel is very cheap and potentially trying to SCAM people out of extra money upon checkout. I am really shocked that people have given this hotel 8/9 out of 10 despite all the complaints about the deposit, rooms and hotel staff?
Shameful way to treat paying guests. I understand that Cambodia is a poor country, but you cannot claim to be a 4 star hotel and then try to rip people off as they leave. Have some self-respect!
P.S I never write bad reviews, but I will not tolerate being made to feel like criminals by a hotel. I suggest you start appreciating your guests instead of seeing them as targets.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, good gym although could do with a fan
The breakfast options were very poor for western customers, seemed to be aimed for asian customers more.
9.0 / 10.0
Breakfast has assortment of western pastries and Khmer foods. I enjoyed the noodle soup, rice porridge, and excellent coffee at the roof top restaurant. Rooms were clean and evenings were quiet. The entrance leads to a main street and the hotel sits across from the river. Clean room, excellent breakfast, reasonable price.
It's not as central as other hotels, but you should know that before you book.

1. Great view and indoor decoration.
2. Two complimentary drinks upon arrival.
This list is probably not completely due to the fault of hotel staff, but probably the fault of upper management. However, our experience felt incredibly fishy.
1. We asked the staff for an ATM close by, several staff members rekommended an ATM outside the hotel that shredded my brother's debit card. It was Saturday and the bank did not want to help. The hotel staff told us that this had happened before. You would think that such an unreliable ATM should not be rekommended by hotel staff. We ended up rescheduling our trip, hence losing money, to get the hell out of Phnom Penh.
2. Upon welcoming you to the hotel they provide you with a list of cheap everyday things in the hotel room, such as hangers, and their overpriced cost should they break.
3. They ask for a 100 dollar (?!) key deposit.
4. Breakfast was boring and bland.
5. It's location is not ideal.

the hotel was excellent. the roof top bar and pool were lovely. the restaurant served lovely food and was beautifully presented. Staff were very helpful. A good little gym too.
was a little out of town and building works nearby kinda spoil the view. but still a great place to stay.

The staff were really lovely and very helpful. They arranged pick up from the airport, tuk-tuk for the day and a driver to Siam Reap all at very good prices.
The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is included and is a great buffet.
Excellent value for money. Would stay again

There was full of food but it was typical Asian breakfast
Too big deposit. 100$ is too much. But we could give the passport.
10.0 / 10.0
good quality bedding, spotless room, friendly staff, excellent AC system, extra amenities like bath robes, slippers, etc.
another pluses are swimming pool, gym, parking, good breakfast from 6 to 10 am, and complimentary drinks throughout our stay.
the room for 3 guests is too small, and there is no window. next time I will book two standard rooms with windows and balcony- the difference in price is very little.

Staff were courteous and friendly
Unfortunately the hotel wants to charge for any miss step during your stay. Examples being $20 if you loose your key card (these are the plastic versions at most hotels which cost pennies).
The hotel require you to place an additional deposit of $100, and after check out you are required to wait whilst they inspect your room for damage. Your effectively waiting for the reason of a deduction from your deposit. In my case it was my daughter who had placed some hair product on her hair before she went to bed which left a stain on the pillow case which the hotel said can not come out and that charge was just over $28.
It gives you an uneasy feeling that the hotel are looking for you to misstep to enable them to levy a charge against you, which makes your stay feel uncomfortable and uneasy. The manager hides behind the hotel owner’s policy, which to be fair is probably true, and to that I think the issue is the owners policy handed down to the staff rather than the staff themselves who are actually very friendly.
One other area of concern is the security. When I travel I spilt my credit cards into two wallets and along with my passport place them in the safe. Therefore when I’m out exploring the city I know I’ll always have acres to cash and my passport if the worst were to happen while I’m out. The safes here use a key (a really heavy charge if you loose it) which is counter intuitive if you have to carry this when your out and about. Also rather strangely they print the number of your room and stick it on your key card, again unwise if you were to loose it as someone else now knows your hotel, room number and the key to access it.
Would I stay here again, unfortunately not. I don’t want to feel like I’m on tensor hooks for a lost key card or any other minor issue you may have during your stay.

Room size and bath room. Balcony. Cleaning ladies and house-keeping staff (very helpful). Night manager of roof-top bar.
Front desk not helpful. On check in, we asked for 2 key cards. Were told we could not, as "the system was broken."
(So: why not fixed already ?). Later that evening asked for an extra bed pillow. Were told could not. Day before check out, asked for later check out as our flight was at 7PM. Were told could not.
