Amazing view and spacious room! Perfect place for family holiday in Lauterbrunnen!

Great location with a million dollar view of the fall and the charming church. The family room is spacious and comfy. The picnic room is a pleasant bonus to enjoy a meal in the comfort of a well equipped kitchen and a restaurant deco.

The perfect location for gazing at Staubbach Falls and visiting all sites around Lauterbrunnen

Staff is amazingly gracious and helpful. The location of the balcony rooms is second to none in Lauterbrunnen with giving unobstructed and perfect views of Staubbach Falls. The location is close enough to the train station to walk to it and close enough to all of the attractions or transportation to attractions to make it very easy and convenient. The breakfast was a great Continental Style breakfast buffet with some food options. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is over 100 years old, so some of the room amenities show it. The sink is in the same room as the bed, but the toilet and shower are in a separate room. There is no air conditioning in the room, but they do provide a fan in the room. Nevertheless, these are small inconveniences for the amazing view of the falls you get from the balcony.

Best hotel Ever, and I will be back for sure

Everything The best hotel I have ever said View was amazing.And the staff was very friendly.Adam was very helpful and also giving tips on where to travel.Breakfast was amazing.Maria made sure everyone knows their plan each day morning and gave all tips to travel around.

Picturesque & cozy!

Beautiful setting, quaint and clean and comfortable. The elevator was being repaired when we arrived, but Adam was so kind and took our bags up to our room for us. Maria at breakfast was friendly and the breakfast options were plentiful. Definitely will be my go-to place to stay next time I’m in the area!

I would do it again and I recommend my family and friends to do one hotel staubbach in Lauterbrunnen

Unbelievable. I have no words to describe this hotel. They went out of their way to give us the most decorated honeymoon room ever. It was so beautiful that we had to immediately Instagram and TikTok the post. The breakfast is amazing and the location with the view was just epic. The falls and the valley in front of our window and balcony.

Overall great experience with friendly staff and great amenities.

The staff where amazing and the hotel exceeded expectations. We where two backpackers on a budget and stayed in the budget attic accomodation and where very pleasantly surprised. The accomodation was great, cozy and toilets where very easily accessible. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling on a budget.

Found it very hard to find any flaws only possible issue was wifi did not reach the room. Was not an issue for us .

Fabulous stay! Highly recommended for a small family!

I had an incredible experience at the hotel during my first trip to Switzerland with my family. The view of the waterfall from our hotel window was breathtaking and we were impressed, especially on the higher floors. The rooms were old-fashioned, which made our stay unique and memorable. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, but we understand that this may be the norm in Switzerland compared to France, where we visited before. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The picture perfect view

Location of the hotel is excellent. 10 mins walk from the Lauterbrunnen train station. The rooms are big and we had a huge balcony overlooking the Staubbach waterfall. Both the room and washroom were big. We loved the staff who were extremely helpful and they have a lovely ambience in the restaurant on the ground floor with the waterfall view. The breakfast was one of the best we had in switzerland.

Nothing, If you walk from the station to the hotel with baggage it's a uphill climb. Better to take a bus.

The views are absolutely stunning and the staff are all very helpful and friendly

Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner, we found hair on the wall but apart from that everything else was great. The bell tower goes off all the time but the view makes it worth it

A comfortable oasis nestled in the Lauterbrunnen Valley with easy access to all the top sites.

The staff at the front desk (Adam, Natalie and Tristan) and all of the people managing breakfast were friendly, kind and helpful. They were so welcoming and made us feel at home right away! We asked for a room near our friends, and they were right next door - we had a lovely view of the falls from our balcony. Hotel Staubbach offered the best breakfast spread of all the hotels we stayed in during our 2-week vacation. We love your valley.

Beautiful area but very old hotel needs updating & new beds!

Breakfast was good. Even though not the view of waterfall I was expecting, it is such a gorgeous area & view of valley & mountain side. The ladies helping with breakfast were very sweet & persons working there!

The room is very old and needs updating desperately, no tv, beds very uncomfortable. Weird bathroom set up in our room. When I made the reservation over six months in advance I was told I would have a view of waterfall, but when I got there it was not so, so that was disappointing.

Enjoyed talking to Adam and Marie at the front desk very much.

The staff were all wonderful and so friendly and informative. They kept our luggage for us all day while we were out sightseeing. We would love to stay with them again in the future.

Location. Great breakfast!

The morning we had to leave about 30 minutes before breakfast was to be served and tried to get a roll to take with us (had a long drive a head of us). Was told there was nothing for us.
