Absolutely everything. Real proper classy 5 star place with top service and really nice and kind staff, like everyone is genuinely nice. It sounds cliche but I totally felt like at home. Great breakfast too. Hanging in the pool is just blissss. Can’t wait to go back in December

very crowded breakfast and staff could cover the service. quite old rooms. Extremely noisy, be aware that this hotel hosts big parties almost every weekend. Loud music until 4 am

In the room: stained floors; there was no closet (they had to bring a dresser); the refrigerator didn't work (they brought a new one); there was no hot water during the seven days we stayed. The sauna and the steam room were not open.

The hotel is pretty, and has a great pool the rooms are spacious.

We had an incident where a person came knocking at the door around 5 pm after I left, my husband was still in the room, she insistently knocked and then my husband open she said she was just checking on something and left, when I came back he told me. I found it weird and asked them if they do checks and why was this person trying to enter the room they found it strange and had no explanation for it security never followed back on it I read on google reviews that they were some stolen things at this hotel and people trying to enter the rooms. the service at restaurant and breakfast is VERY bad wait time of 1h and a half for food, and the food is not good at all. I also got some bites from bed bugs in my room.

Finally into room after 6 hours of original check in time. Management was rude and not accommodating

Pool bar area looked beautiful. Loved the old architecture Room was too small and early morning construction didn’t allow for quiet mornings.
