El hotel ha pensado muy bien los detalles de diseño, generando una experiencia acogedora y sofisticada. Cuenta con habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas. El personal es muy amable, el Checkin fué rápido.

La piscina es encantadora

No hay espacio para parquear carros grandes dentro del garaje del hotel, la opción de dejar el carro en la calle frente al hotel no es satisfactoria.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN. TRANQUILIDAD, CALMA, RELAX GARANTIZADO. LA HABITACIÓN ESENCIAL, CON LO NECESARIO, PERO SUFICIENTE Y EXCELENTE. LA PISCINA PEQUEÑA, CALIDA Y CON MARAVILLOSA VISTA DE LA CIUDAD. EL DESAYUNO SIEMPRE FUE VARIADO Y DELICIOSO. TODOS LOS QUE TRABAJAN EN EL HOTEL, EXCELENTES PERSONAS Y EXCELENTE SERVICIO, COMO LA ATENCIÓN.

Too shabby for the price and location.

Very comfortable bed. Art deco style. Cute pool area. Nice breakfast layout. Onsite Italian restaurant was excellent.

Everything was tired and dated. Our room had warped walls that needed paint, no hooks for towels or robes anywhere in or near the bathroom, filthy tile in shower and bath and auto lights in hall that turned off too quickly to feel safe. The room fridge was too big for the built in space and jutted out in the main walk area by the bed. Only one seat on the balcony.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff

Nos encantó todo, sobre todo que tuviera desayunos buffet, la posibilidad de tener a disposición una piscina, la ubicación también era muy buena.

Parqueadero muy incómodo, era mejor parquear afuera.

El restaurante italiano Don Ignazio maravilloso ... muy buenas opciones de comida y vinos italianos, delicioso todo, excelente servicio y buenos precios. El personal del hotel muy servicial

El desayuno es tipo buffet, pero los huevos revueltos y los fritos costeños siempre estuvieron fríos ... y esto hace muy poco agradable al paladar. Hay que pedir omelettes que los hacen mejor y llegan calientes.

Acogedora, tranquila y feliz

La ubicación, la atención de la gente, la vegetación, el cuidado en los detalles como la celebración del día de las velitas y la celebración de mi cumpleaños.

El aseo del cuarto no estaba en las mejores condiciones, se me cayó un arete y tuvimos que mover un poco la cama y había mucha suciedad, y también en otras partes del cuarto. Tampoco entendimos por qué en el balcón solo había una silla, y esto lo vimos también en otros balcones.

Barranquilla layover

The hotel was an amazing oasis of quality and high tech facilities in the middle of a luxurious neighbourhood, which has buildings last renovated decades ago. This is the best are of the city and the area around the hotel is very safe ... unlike the rest of the city. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and both restaurants in the building provided very good food. Welcome drinks, coffee and biscuits in the welcome area are a very pleasant touch.

The hotel could improve the breakfast offering by providing more salty bread options and drinking water for free, instead of charging for it. The Italian restaurant was a bit overpriced, considering the quality of the food was good, but not freshly made and definitely not worth twice the prices you would pay for the same dishes in Italy.

El sitio es lindo solo por mejorar desayuno

La decoración, atención del personal es excelente, el restaurante, el sabor de la comida y que es muy tranquilo.

Aunque el desayuno es rico y la atencion excelente en el restaurante, me parece que le falta más variedad al bufé; hay muchos acompañamiento dulce y poca guarniciones saladas o típico de la región, el huevo muy poquito y adicional los platos son pequeños para servir y llegar ser incómodo al comer. Por mejorar que quería ver Netflix y compartirlo desde mi celular y no me prestaron el control del tv porque no estaba la ama de llave y no pude ver nada porque la programación de claro muy mala.
