Modern and comfortable interior.
Towels and bedsheets cost extra. We had to clean the place quite thoroughly after the stay. The cleaning service would have costed extra as well. It would make sense to just include the extra costs in the base price.

Nice river near, easy to acces.
Expensive. Lacking privacy, parking lot right behind windows. Not private balcony and no chairs or anything to sit on the balcony. Pillows needs to be replaced to new ones. Frying pan could be better.

The beds were not comfortable and not good for my back.

Very overpriced. Very small room. Cleaning not included despite expensive. Noise from neighbours through walls and ceiling.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and rooms are ok.
Sauna and other areas were not very clean. There is no restaurant nor super market nearby - actually there is no services at all nearby. Amount of personnel is quite limited (1) and she/he is not the most helpful person.

beautiful central location, close to many ski resorts.
was easy to get to from the train. was clean and cozy

THe location is perfect if you are here for the northern lights. short travel in either directions will give an excellent view of the lights
There should have been a restaurant at the premises. The nearest grocery store is almost 2 km away, and sometimes you feel like eating out.

+ Honestly i couldn't stay because we sadly had an accident when driving there. Tried to reach them to let them know and also trying to reach a win-win treat for both parts, as It wasn't our fault neither to not even arriving there. NO RESPONSE AT ALL AT ANYTIME, STILL WAITING....
- Prepare yourself for no response at all from them when asking about anything except if you're asking to rent something you have to pay extra for.
- They change you a high price for a simple mini-apartment, ok, then you HAVE TO CLEAN IT BY YOURSELF or you will be charged 45€ extra.
- There're no bed sheets or pillows at all (not for the sofa-bed but neither for THE BED, seriously??) You again have to pay an extra 15€ PER BED SHEET.
-Surprise, there're no towels also, you have to pay an extra for every single towel.
So at the end...what are you paying for 188€/night??

Very good service from the staff. Super helpful and kind. Close to the ski lift. Nice and big rooms. About 30 min walk from afterski. Nice little kitchen and huge sauna in the room.
If you dont want to clean the room yourself you have to pay an extra fee.

Nice view, close to hiking, quiet, sauna
High cost for the sheets and/or towel, clients cleaning after themselves can lead to questionable cleanliness for the next guests.

Location is great, with views over the surrounding nature.
Easy access from the main road, yet not troubled by noise from it.
Adjacent a small supermarket (note the opening hours).
The room was clean this time and large enough.
Friendly reception and very accommodating and helpful when arriving outside of the reception opening hours
Very limited reception opening hours (but the reception helps you outside opening hours after a phone call).
For the price you might expect cleaning and bedlinen/towels to be included.

good location
did not understand ahead that only beds were bunks and a pull out. We made do with the pull out. At 80 we are not climbing up into a bunk. Kitchen was very poorly equipped ( 1 sauce pan, one frying pan) and you could not fit both pans on stove at one time - and no restaurants in area were open. Extra cost for linens and for cleaning at end of stay. Our fault for not reading fine print more carefully.

Location was convenient for us in the middle of our day trip from Å i Lofoten to Finland. There's a supermarket (COOP) next door, but we had everything with us. The room had an electric kettle and some other cooking equipment and glassware, but we only needed hot water for our dried hiking food and coffee. Beds were *extremely* comfy and I had excellent sleep. There wasn't any noise either. Hot shower was great after a long day. Everything was clean and in good shape.
There's a drying cabinet at the entrance were our wet motorcycle gear could be dried. This was really good as the weather was cold and rainy, and so were our clothes.
Staff was helpful and we managed to check-in very late. Traffic conditions on Lofoten slowed us down a lot and we would have been in trouble should we have had to ride to Kiruna for free mid-night accommodation. Thanks Dalia!
all was perfect

The location is great, there's a shop next door. There's also a restaurant, but it was closed during our stay.
The price was quite expensive compared to the room and the facilities, but the views were amazing.

Small but well equipped apartment where every square centimeter come to use. Friendly check in service. Small super market in the building. Nice views.
A chair on the balcony and laundry possibilities would be a plus. Had to pay extra for sheets/towels

There was a small sauna inside the building which was very pleasant after a day of skiing! And the location is great if you plan on skiing at Riksgransen skiing center. There was also a shop right next to the lodge, so we could buy ingredients to make dinner on the spot.
The room was really dirty when we came, so I cleaned it two times - on arrival and before leaving (which I was going to do it anyway), but cleaning the place on arrival as well was quite bothersome. I understand that it is the guest's responsibility to clean their own room if they don't want to pay the cleaning fee, but the lodge personel should still check whether the room was cleaned for the next guests.

Located in a beautiful area, friendly and really helpfull staff.
A little bit overpriced.
Would be nice if the snow pile in front of the 1st floor apartments would be cleared - most people are paying for the view and panorama, unfortunately, there was none.

close to coop you can buy food for the meals
extra charge for towels and bed plankets total + 150 Krone (15€) each.

Host tried to scam us, asked for 3 bedrooms suite, was changed to 2 bed in the last minute. Then said bedsheeets were extra, which I have never heard of before. I was then rang a few days later telling me that we left the place in an unacceptable state, which we did not, and if we wanted we could pay the host directly via PayPal to save is hassle. I refused and never heard back. I don't know how this person is getting away with it and how many people have been scammed but it is a disgrace

Everything! The views, the surroundings, the weather, the facilities, the staff (Blanca is an extraordinary person)!
