Für Kinder herrlich, aber als Wellnesshotel kann man es nicht sehen

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal Sehr großes Angebot für Kinder

Extrem großer Ansturm beim einchecken. Ewiges anstehen,dies habe ich so noch nie erlebt Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt, war aber für ein 4Sterne Hotel lieblos angerichtet. Großküchengeschirr, in dem das Essen angeboten wurde, zu wenig Geschirr und wenig Sitzplatz

A dissapointing experience, not worth the money, can be improved

the wellness is pretty good

We booked a wellness room but eventually were not given the room in the wellness section. That meant we had to walk to the wellness for like 15 minutes each time across the entire complex, which was very unpleasant. The hotel was crowded and the staff not very kind. The reception was overcrowded and we had to wait for a long time. Also you have to pay extra for every wellness item (bathrobe, slippers…).

Wonderful Experience!

All the parks are fantastic. We loved Aqua Park, Fun Park and iQPark. Staff are very friendly. They have decorated the room with Birthday wishes and roses and balloons without additional charges.

Lounge Bar is too loud with kids playing around. There should be another bar with less lighting and noise. Garage Parking is very narrow and expensive.

Weekend full of entertainment

- really big comfortable room, big beds - clean bathroom and the room - small fridge in the room, bottle of water in the room - location of the room, with a view on the middle part of the hotel - rich and fresh breakfast - beautiful swimming pool, especially the caves, laser show was also cool - iqlandia science center across the street, 4 floors of fun, you can also eat there in a restaurant with home made food - beautiful mini zoo - great playground for smaller kids - good places in a hotel to get a drink or dinner, we enjoyed Italian restaurant there.

- too warm in the room, lack of fresh air - too cold water in the swimming pool - we were lost every time in the corridors of the hotel, every lift going to different places - you have to pay extra for parking - poor sauna area

Bizarre, Over the top, fantastic water park / resort

This pool area is AMAZING. We are vacationing with our adult son to see some of the strangest theme parks in Europe, and this was a real highlight! The vision, the architectural choices, and unique steampunk touches were whimsical, fun, and a grand adventure. The building itself is rebuilt from the site of an abandoned Soviet-era textile factory, which was fascinating for us. There are about 20 different elevator shafts, and they all go to different, seemingly random floors. We got lost a number of times, and loved every minute of it. If you're a fan of liminal spaces and bizarre revisionist architecture, this is definitely the place for you. The breakfast and dinner buffets were magnificent, and very reasonably priced.

Czeck customs and language were confusing to us, as Americans, but we kept saying "when in Liberec..." and just went with the flow of things.

Nice hotel if you are there for the event or to have fun in the facilities

Overall this is an OK hotel, but it depends on why are you staing there. We stayed there because of the World Champ. in Dance and it was comfortable to stay on the same spot that the competition took place. There were also a lot of facilities to have fun, so if you are there to use the aqualand, bowling and so on (a lot of activities) it is great place. There are two restaurangs as well, but the Nostalgia (nice Italian food) was almost all the time fully booked because of the World Champ. If you are just looking for a nice hotel to stay - choose another one. The breakfast is good. The personal is lacking of experience but they will learn eventually. The lobby bar is very cozy (we spent a lot of time there) and the personal, who is working there , are very nice and helpfull. Thank you!!! The cleaning stuff were nice and polite, and did not disturb at all. The room was very clean when we arrived. Nice bathroom and the room was nice too, but it was one of the better ones they have. The building that the hotel is situated is very nice from the outside and have some very nice spots inside as well.

It is a huge hotel. It takes appr. 10 minutes to go from one end to another. The discription of the location of the rooms and other facilities could have been much, much better. It took us appr. 10-15 minutes to find our room. The personal in the reception looks that they hate you. If you can a few word in Czech it will get much better! We were staying there because of the World Champ. in Dance and the the room we have originally got had a low ceiling just above the bed. Fortunately, we could change it to a better and bigger one. The bed was good (two separate beds close to each other) but VERY HARD. It is difficult to open the doors to the hotel if you are carying the luggage. No one will help you with that

Can't wait to return

There was so much to do, we couldn't fit it all in during a weekend. The nostalgia restaurant exceeded our expectations for quality of food.

I would recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is absolutely amazing - our room was extremely clean, food and drinks were excellent (staff even catered to my gluten-free diet by bringing my fresh out of the oven buns). The aqua park, despite being a rather small one, gave us a lot of fun with its many attractions (you need to see the caves).

Excellent spa vaycay

Everything was great. The spa was amazing, the staff were helpful, the Nostalgia restaurant was great and brilliant spread for breakfast. Would 100% go back!

Was pretty noisy in the rooms with children running through the coridoors. As an adult only booking, they should have a part of the hotel where they have rooms only for adults...

A quirky and eccentric hotel in places- odd and seemingly random decor, especially for a hotel in a town that is somewhat off the beaten track. Interesting to explore, bartender at the lobby bar was quite good. Room was fairly modern and comfortable

My room was beside a rather busy road, lots of street noise during the night.

Decent wellness facilities, but they're accessible for non-guests as well (and guests have to pay for admittance, too).

Overcrowded, understaffed, loud, not worth the money.

Superb

Everything was fine and we enjoyed the stay despite all above mentioned.

Long queues at the hotel reception desk. Only two ladies for Saturday arrivals. Some staff were very strict re all rules and it made us less relaxed and more stressed. Crowded restaurant for breakfasts.

They were nice and flexible, the sport venue I came for was close, nice facilities, very good wellness. Nostalgia restaurant has good kitchen. Good value.
